Abstract

A self-propelled vehicle structure includes a vehicle body, a transmission structure, a mowing mechanism, a control structure, and a cargo box. The drive wheel of the transmission structure is fixed between the support beams of the vehicle body. The mowing mechanism is vertically mounted below the vehicle body, with one end of its drive shaft connected to the blade and the other end passing through the drive shaft hole of the drive wheel. When the control structure drives the mowing mechanism to move up and down, the drive shaft moves in a directional manner within the drive wheel, ensuring that the drive wheel remains parallel and at the same height as the drive wheel of the drive motor in the cargo box. This ensures that the transmission belt is in a horizontal state, effectively solving the problem of belt wear and breakage caused by the difference in lifting position in conventional technology. Through the cooperation between the drive shaft and the drive shaft hole, torque can be stably transmitted while maintaining the freedom of lifting, ensuring that mowing operations can be carried out smoothly at different heights.

Claims

1. A self-propelled vehicle structure, comprising: a vehicle body including a plurality of wheels for driving the vehicle body to move and a steering wheel for controlling the steering of the vehicle body, the vehicle body having two parallel support beams; a transmission structure installed between the two support beams of the vehicle body, including a bearing seat fixed to the vehicle body and a drive wheel rotatably assembled above the bearing seat, the drive wheel having a drive shaft hole at its center and coaxially disposed with the bearing seat; A lawn mowing mechanism, which is vertically mounted under the vehicle body, includes a base plate, a bearing seat, a drive shaft, a blade, two lifting rails, two lifting slides, and a plurality of suspension links. The bearing seat is located at the center of the base plate. The drive shaft is rotatably connected to the bearing seat, with one end extending through the bottom of the bearing seat to connect to the blade. The other end of the drive shaft passes through the bearing seat and connects to the drive shaft hole of the drive wheel, thereby driving the blade to rotate through the drive wheel. The two lifting rails are respectively matched with the two lifting slides. The two lifting rails are fixed on both sides of the vehicle body, and the two lifting slides are fixed on both sides of the base plate, so that the base plate can be linearly raised and lowered by displacement along the two lifting rails via the two lifting slides. The plurality of suspension links connect the base plate and the two support beams, thereby vertically suspending the base plate under the vehicle body. A control structure for controlling the raising and lowering of the mowing mechanism includes a pull rod assembly, two lifting links, and a linkage shaft. The two lifting links are pivotally mounted on both sides of the vehicle body and each is connected to a lifting slide. The linkage shaft passes through both sides of the vehicle body and works synchronously with the two lifting links. The pull rod assembly is connected to one of the lifting links. A carriage is assembled on two support beams of the vehicle body. A drive motor is installed inside the carriage. The drive motor drives a drive wheel to rotate. The drive wheel is parallel to the drive wheel and a belt is wound between the drive wheel and the drive wheel to drive the mowing mechanism.

2. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The front half of the vehicle body has a platform with two rails on its surface, through which a seat can be adjusted and mounted.

3. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The outer side of the second support beam is provided with a plurality of fasteners, and the bottom of the carriage is provided with two parallel abutment beams. The two abutment beams are stacked opposite each other on the second support beams, and the outer side of the two abutment beams is provided with a plurality of fasteners that match the fasteners, thereby stably fastening and fixing the carriage to the two support beams.

4. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 3, wherein, At least one positioning post and at least one positioning hole are provided between the two supporting beams and the two abutting beams. Through the fitting connection of the positioning post and the positioning hole, the rapid positioning effect of the carriage and the vehicle body is achieved.

5. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The base plate has an L-shaped guard plate on both sides, and one of the L-shaped guard plates has an angle adjustment function.

6. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, Both of the lifting tracks have a longitudinal guide groove along the forming direction, and both of the lifting slides have a guide post protruding from their outer sides. Each guide post passes through the longitudinal guide groove of the lifting track and is connected to the corresponding lifting link. Furthermore, both of the lifting slides have a plurality of pulleys on their edges that slide in contact with the inner wall of each lifting track.

7. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The steering wheel is equipped with a universal joint to control the steering of the vehicle. The upper part of the universal joint is provided with a movable bushing. An arm is provided on the outside of the movable bushing and is connected to a bracket of the vehicle body. The arm is provided with an elongated hole and is connected to the bracket via a bolt, so that the arm can be adjusted in the assembly position with the bracket through the elongated hole, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the angle of the steering wheel.

8. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The carriage is equipped with a belt tensioner at the loop of the belt, and the belt tension can be adjusted in a timely manner through the belt tensioner to ensure the transmission efficiency of the drive wheel.

9. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 1, wherein, The carriage can be replaced with a cargo bed for holding spreading materials. The cargo bed is connected to a conveyor belt and a spreading mechanism at its bottom for spreading the materials as the carriage travels.

10. The self-propelled vehicle structure as described in claim 9, wherein, The second support beam of the vehicle body has a plurality of fasteners on its outer side, and the bottom of the truck bed has two parallel abutment beams. The two abutment beams are stacked opposite each other on the two support beams, and the outer side of the two abutment beams has a plurality of fasteners that match the fasteners, thereby stably fastening and fixing the truck bed to the two support beams. Furthermore, at least one positioning post and at least one positioning hole are provided between the support beams and the abutment beams. Through the fitting connection of the positioning post and the positioning hole, the truck bed and the vehicle body can be quickly positioned.
