Abstract

This invention discloses a blood phototherapy system integrated into an extracorporeal circulation therapy device, comprising a device body, an extracorporeal blood circulation path disposed within the device body and through which blood flows, an irradiation area disposed within the path, a phototherapy module disposed within the irradiation area, and a controller electrically connected to the phototherapy module. The controller controls the start, stop, or output of the phototherapy module based on blood flow, pressure, alarm, positioning, or other device operating states, allowing the blood to receive light under predetermined conditions. The irradiation area can be located within the device body or within a replaceable blood circulation assembly, thus balancing device integration, sterile isolation, and safety interlocking.

2. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the extracorporeal circulation treatment device is a hemodialysis device, a hemofiltration device, a hemodialysis filtration device, an extracorporeal circulation membrane oxygenation device, a cardiopulmonary bypass device, a hemoperfusion device, a plasma separation device, or a combination thereof.

3. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the irradiation area is located in the blood circuit mounting area within the device body, or in a replaceable blood circuit assembly that can be assembled into the device body.

4. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 3, wherein the replaceable blood path assembly is a disposable irradiation blood path cartridge, the disposable irradiation blood path cartridge having at least a light-transmitting flow channel, and further having one or a combination of a positioning member, an identification member, and a locking structure.

5. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein an isolation window, a light guide, a collimator, a beam expander, a reflector, a reflector body, a scattering element, or a combination thereof are provided between the phototherapy module and the irradiation area.

6. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the phototherapy module comprises a laser light source, a light-emitting diode light source, a superradiant diode light source, or a combination thereof.

7. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light provided by the phototherapy module to the irradiation area includes at least one or a combination of unilateral irradiation, bilateral contrast irradiation, circumferential irradiation, multi-point incident irradiation, and reflective gain irradiation.

8. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operating status of the at least one device includes blood flow rate, pump speed, circuit pressure, bubble status, blood leakage status, temperature status, door status, cartridge positioning status, consumable identification status, oxygenator status, dialyzer status, device alarm status, or a combination thereof.

9. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the controller determines that the operating state of the at least one device does not meet predetermined safety conditions, it automatically stops or limits the output of the phototherapy module.

10. The blood phototherapy system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller records at least one phototherapy parameter and at least one extracorporeal circulation parameter to form operational traceability data.

11. A disposable irradiation blood circulation cartridge for use in extracorporeal circulation therapy devices, comprising: a cartridge body; a light-transmitting channel formed in the cartridge body for extracorporeal circulation blood to flow through; at least one positioning member for positioning the disposable irradiation blood circulation cartridge in a predetermined relative position with a phototherapy module within the device body when the disposable irradiation blood circulation cartridge is assembled to a device body; and at least one identification member for the device body to determine whether the disposable irradiation blood circulation cartridge is a compatible consumable.
