Abstract

A safe wireless circular blade cutting machine includes a housing, a control component, a battery, a motor, a cutting blade, a laser transmitter, and a lighting device. The control component includes a controller, a power switch, a laser switch, a lighting switch, and a motor switch. The controller further includes a power control circuit, a laser drive circuit, a lighting drive circuit, a motor drive circuit, an automatic shutdown module, and a timing module. The laser transmitter has a laser light emitting end that is tilted downwards at a predetermined angle, projecting the laser beam onto the fabric surface in front of the cutting blade to form a straight cutting baseline, allowing the user to precisely advance the cutting blade along this line. The lighting device includes a rotatable light source, providing adjustable angle illumination.

Claims

1. A safe wireless circular blade cutting machine, comprising: a housing; a control component including a controller, a power switch, a laser switch, and a motor switch, the controller being disposed inside the housing and electrically connected to the power switch, the laser switch, and the motor switch respectively; the controller further including a power control circuit, a laser drive circuit, and a motor drive circuit, the power control circuit, the laser drive circuit, and the motor drive circuit being electrically connected to the controller respectively; a motor electrically connected to the motor drive circuit; a cutting blade disposed at the front end of the housing and connected to the motor; a laser emitter disposed at the front end of the housing and electrically connected to the laser drive circuit, the laser emitter having a laser light emitting end, the laser light emitting end being tilted downward at a predetermined angle to project the laser beam emitted by the laser light emitting end onto the front of the cutting blade to form a straight cutting reference line; and a battery electrically connected to the controller, the motor, and the laser emitter through the power control circuit.

2. The secure wireless circular cutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein a control unit is provided on the outer surface of the housing, and the power switch and the laser switch are respectively provided on the control unit.

The secure wireless circular cutter as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control component further includes a lighting switch, the controller further includes a lighting drive circuit, the lighting switch and the lighting drive circuit are electrically connected to the controller respectively, and the lighting drive circuit is also electrically connected to a lighting device, which is disposed at the front end of the housing.

4. The secure wireless circular cutter as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lighting device comprises a body, a pivot and a light source, the body being pivotally mounted on the front end of the housing via the pivot, and the light source being mounted on the body.

5. The secure wireless circular cutter as requested in item 1, wherein the controller is electrically connected to an automatic shutdown module and a timing module.

6. The secure wireless circular cutter as described in claim 1 further includes a power display that is electrically connected to the controller.

7. The secure wireless circular blade cutting machine as requested in claim 1, wherein the linear cutting reference line corresponds to the cutting path of the blade.
