Abstract

This novel invention relates to a stable assembly structure for an adjuster, comprising: a base, two clamping plates, a sliding member, and an adjusting knob. The base has a recessed groove and a through hole for the valve shaft to pass through. The sliding member has a guide hole and is linked to the adjusting knob. The clamping plates have two clamping portions and a guide post on their upper surface. When the adjusting knob is not pressed, the two clamping plates hold both sides of the outer circumference of the valve shaft and are fixed in place. When the adjusting knob is pressed, the sliding member displaces and drives the guide post through the guide hole, causing the two clamping plates to move outwards and separate from the valve shaft. This achieves rapid assembly and disassembly, improving assembly efficiency and assembly stability.

Claims

1. A regulator assembly and securing structure, mounted on the valve shaft of a bottled gas cylinder, comprising: The base has an internal groove with a through hole for the valve shaft to pass through. Two clamping plates are located in the groove on either side of the through hole. Corresponding clamping portions are recessed on the inner sides of each clamping plate, and guide posts are protruding from their upper surfaces. A sliding member is located in the groove of the base above the two clamping plates. The sliding member has a connecting portion and two ears extending laterally from one side of the connecting portion. An opening is formed between adjacent ears, corresponding to the through hole of the base, allowing the valve shaft to pass smoothly through the through hole and the opening. The ears also have guide holes for the guide posts to pass through, linking the sliding member with the two clamping plates. An adjusting knob is connected to the connecting portion of the sliding member, linking the adjusting knob with the sliding member. The adjusting knob is located on the outside of the base and can be pressed by external force. When the adjustment knob is not pressed, the clamping parts of the two clamping plates are respectively clamped on both sides of the valve shaft. When the adjustment knob is pressed, the sliding member moves in the pressing direction, forcing the two clamping plates to move outward to both sides, so that the two clamping parts are separated from the valve shaft.

The adjusting assembly and stabilizing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the receiving groove of the base is provided with a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate, the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are respectively arranged in a transverse direction and are correspondingly arranged, and the two clamping pieces are respectively provided with a front stop and a rear stop that abut against the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate.

6. The adjusting assembly stabilizing structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting portion of the sliding member is provided with a plurality of teeth on both sides, and the plurality of teeth abut against the inner side walls of the adjusting knob.

The adjusting assembly stable structure as described in claim 1, wherein the bottom side of the connecting part of the sliding member is provided with a fitting part, the bottom side of the adjusting button is provided with a fitting hole, and the fitting part and the fitting hole are fitted together.
