Abstract

This invention provides a heat dissipation device for charging piles, including a housing. A heat-conducting plate is installed inside the housing, and heat dissipation fins are provided on the surface of the heat-conducting plate. A through-hole is provided at the bottom of the housing, and a cooling fan is embedded inside the through-hole. An air inlet pipe is installed at the bottom of the housing. An air collecting hopper is installed at the inner end of the cooling fan, and a diverter pipe is installed at the end of the air collecting hopper. A guide hole is provided on the upper surface of the diverter pipe. An air outlet groove is provided on the upper part of the air outlet groove, and a sealing groove is provided at the top. A sealing plate is installed inside the sealing groove along the longitudinal direction via a rotating shaft. The advantages are: the air collecting hopper and diverter pipe achieve uniform airflow distribution, and together with the air outlet groove, form an airflow with a stable direction, which can effectively remove heat and achieve good heat dissipation; when the device is not working, the sealing plate rotates under its own gravity via the rotating shaft, sealing the sealing groove and preventing dust from entering the device.
