Claims

1. A composite power generation device comprising: a base for fixing to the ground or a roof; two poles attached to the base, facing each other and spaced apart, with a wind power generation unit on each pole and a warning light at the top of each pole; a solar power generation unit, having a flat blade mounted on it and pivotally connected to two pivot points between the two poles, with a solar panel on both the front and back of the flat blade, and a solar tracking unit connected to the two pivot points; and a control unit disposed on the base or the two poles, and electrically connected to the solar power generation unit and the solar tracking unit.

2. The composite power generation device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an energy storage unit, wherein the energy storage unit is installed inside the base, at the bottom of the pole and / or on the outer side of the base, and the energy storage unit is electrically connected to the control unit.

3. The composite power generation device as described in claim 2, wherein the solar panel is provided on both the front and back sides of the flat plate fan blade.

4. The composite power generation device as described in claim 3, wherein the cross-section of the flat blade is Z-shaped.

5. The composite power generation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a sun-tracking unit is connected to the pivot joint of the two poles, and the sun-tracking unit is electrically connected to the control unit.

6. The composite power generation device as claimed in claim 5, wherein two rotating shafts extend from the middle of the two sides of the flat blades of the solar power generation unit and are fitted into the two pivot joints provided on the two uprights, and each of the two rotating shafts is respectively connected to a first bevel gear to connect the sun-tracking unit; further wherein the sun-tracking unit includes a sun-tracking detection module, a drive motor module and a second bevel gear, wherein the sun-tracking detection module and the drive motor module are electrically connected to the control unit, and the drive motor module is connected to the second bevel gear, and the second bevel gear meshes with the first bevel gear provided on the solar power generation unit.

7. The composite power generation device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the wind power generation unit further includes a wind turbine and a third bevel gear interconnected, and the third bevel gear meshes with the first bevel gear provided in the solar power generation unit.

8. The composite power generation device as claimed in claim 7, wherein the sun-tracking detection module is equipped with photoresistors on both sides or in the four quadrants of each solar panel.

9. The composite power generation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the base is fixed to the ground or roof by a plurality of expansion bolts.

10. A composite power generation system, which uses the composite power generation device described in any one of claims 2 to 9, wherein several of the composite power generation devices are connected in series and parallel, and then combined with the energy storage unit and an inverter to provide mains power after grid connection.
