Abstract

This invention relates to a coffee roaster drum, comprising a cylindrical body, a central column, and a plurality of support frames. The cylindrical body has a receiving space and a plurality of ceramic shards surrounding the receiving space. The ceramic shards are made of ceramic. The central column passes through the cylindrical body. Each support frame has a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The first end of each support frame is located on the central column, and the second end of each support frame is detachably attached to one of the ceramic shards. This invention's coffee roaster drum is constructed by assembling a cylindrical body from a plurality of ceramic shards, thereby allowing users to expand the size of the assembled ceramic coffee roaster drum and increase the manufacturing stability of the ceramic coffee roaster drum.

Claims

1. A coffee roaster drum comprising: a cylinder having: a receiving space; a plurality of ceramic slabs surrounding the receiving space, wherein the ceramic slabs are made of ceramic; a central column passing through the cylinder; and a plurality of support frames, each support frame having a first end and a second end opposite to each other; the first end of each support frame being connected to the central column, and the second end of each support frame being detachably connected to one of the ceramic slabs.

2. The coffee roaster drum as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the support frames has: a first fixing member disposed at the second end of the support frame; and a second fixing member detachably connected to the first fixing member and together with the first fixing member clamping the corresponding ceramic piece.

3. The coffee roaster drum as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein each of the support frames includes at least one agitator blade that extends radially helically along the central column.

4. The coffee roaster drum as claimed in claim 3, wherein the at least one stirring blade has an inner end and an outer end, which are respectively located at the first end and the second end of the support frame, and the normal direction of the inner end is perpendicular to the normal direction of the outer end.

5. The coffee roaster drum as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the ceramic pieces are spaced apart such that there is a ventilation gap between adjacent ceramic pieces, the ventilation gap connecting the receiving space of the drum to the outside.

6. The coffee roaster drum as described in claim 5, wherein the width of the ventilation gap is less than 3 mm.

7. The coffee roaster drum as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The inner surface of these pottery shards has at least one stirring protrusion.

8. The coffee roaster drum as claimed in claim 7, wherein the two ends of the at least one stirring protrusion are respectively adjacent to the opposite ends of the drum.

9. The coffee roaster drum as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The pottery shards have multiple ventilation holes that connect the accommodating space to the outside.

10. The coffee roaster drum as described in claim 9, wherein the diameter of the vent hole is less than 3 mm.
