Abstract

This invention is an improvement on the modular guardrail structure for air conditioner outdoor units. It is a structural improvement design for a safety guardrail used for the assembly and maintenance of air conditioner outdoor units. The main improvement is that a complete guardrail structure is composed of prefabricated modular panel frames and locks. The improvement is as follows: a sliding rod for fixing the outdoor unit is installed on the base plate of the platform. A U-shaped locking cap is filled in the hollow frame groove of the sliding rod to facilitate the locking and adjustment of the bolt rod. At the hinged end of the hinged outer front panel frame on the outer side of the locking of the modular guardrail, an inverted U-shaped frame piece directly pivots the lower frame rod of the movable upper panel frame, forming a fully pivotal assembly. This ensures that the upper panel frame folds outward to form a safe platform for stepping on, achieving the purpose of safety, convenience and practicality.

Claims

1. An improved modular rack structure for an outdoor air conditioning unit, comprising a prefabricated base frame, side frame frames on both sides, and upper and lower outer front panels, forming a rack structure; characterized in that: the sliding rods spaced above the base frame for placing objects are designed with U-shaped locking caps for bolt locking, allowing them to slide through the slots and enabling the bolts to directly lock the placed objects from the outside; and between the upper and lower frame frames of the outer front locking assembly, a U-shaped frame piece is pivotally connected by inserting it into the lower frame rod of the upper frame, with the frame piece overlapping the opposite upper side rod of the lower frame through the U-shaped opening, and assembled by welding or locking to form a covered through-hole pivot assembly, providing a safe and stable pivot assembly for the upper frame.

2. The improved combination frame structure for outdoor air conditioning units as described in claim 1, wherein the lower frame rod is designed as a circular cross-section rod tube.

3. The improved combination frame structure of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner as described in claim 1, wherein the pivot frame pieces of the upper and lower frames are pivotally connected at several equal positions on the lower frame rod of the upper frame, respectively covering the upper side rod of the lower frame for fixed assembly and positioning.
