Abstract
Claims
1. A tonearm structure with air bearing support, mainly comprising an air bearing support unit located below the tonearm assembly, wherein the air bearing support unit includes: a pivot seat, which is correspondingly assembled below the tonearm assembly and can drive the tonearm assembly to rotate and move, the pivot seat having a first spherical surface; a support seat having a fixing part located below, the fixing part being used to install the air bearing support unit on a turntable, the support seat being installed in a floating contact with the pivot seat, wherein the support seat has a second spherical surface that matches the first spherical surface, and external air is supplied between the first and second spherical surfaces to form a floating contact air cushion between the first and second spherical surfaces.
2. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 1, wherein the pivot has an outwardly protruding first spherical surface and the support has an inwardly recessed second spherical surface that matches the first spherical surface, and one or more air holes are provided on the second spherical surface that are connected to an external air supply.
3. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 1, wherein the pivot has an outwardly protruding first spherical surface and the support has an inwardly recessed second spherical surface that matches the first spherical surface, and an air hole is provided on the first spherical surface. The air hole is connected to an air pipe connector, and the air pipe connector is connected to a flexible hose passing through the tonearm assembly to connect to an external air supply.
4. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 1, wherein the rotating base has an inwardly recessed first spherical surface, and a plurality of first magnetic elements are embedded in the end face around the first spherical surface, and the support base has an outwardly protruding second spherical surface, the second spherical surface being matched with the first spherical surface, and a plurality of second magnetic elements are embedded in the end face around the second spherical surface, the second magnetic elements being staggered from the first magnetic elements.
5. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 2, wherein the support base has an air storage chamber inside, the air storage chamber is connected to the air hole, and the support base has an air inlet connected to an external air supply, the air inlet being connected to the air storage chamber.
6. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 4, wherein an air hole is provided at the center of the first spherical surface of the inwardly recessed pivot seat, the air hole is connected to an air pipe connector, and the air pipe connector is connected to a flexible hose passing through the tonearm assembly to connect to an external air supply.
7. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 4, wherein an air hole is provided in the center of the second spherical part protruding outward from the support base, and an air storage chamber is provided inside the fixing part below, the air storage chamber being connected to the air hole, and an air inlet connected to the external air supply is provided at the bottom of the fixing part, the air inlet being connected to the air storage chamber to connect to the external air supply.
8. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the tonearm assembly includes a rotating body on which a tonearm is mounted, a cartridge is provided at the front end of the tonearm, and counterweights for azimuth adjustment are provided on both sides of the rotating body, and a weight for adjusting stylus pressure is provided at the rear end.
9. The tonearm structure of the air-bearing support as described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the fixing part is installed and fixed on the turntable in relation to an accessory assembly, and the accessory assembly includes a threaded base sleeved on the outside of the support shaft and a screw base locked to the threaded base.
10. The tonearm structure with air bearing support as described in claim 4, wherein the first and second magnetic components are neodymium magnets.
