Abstract

This invention relates to a permeable brick with environmentally friendly materials, comprising: a brick body, which is cylindrical in shape and is formed by mixing and solidifying cementitious materials, recycled aggregates, and waste glass fiber powder. The brick body has an upper top surface, a lower bottom surface, and a perimeter of side surfaces. The upper top surface, the lower bottom surface, the perimeter of side surfaces, and the interior of the brick body have a plurality of irregular grooves and a plurality of permeable pores, and some of the grooves and some of the permeable pores are connected. The cementitious materials are formed by mixing water and cement with a water-cement ratio of 0.2 to 0.5. The recycled aggregates are formed by mixing coarse sand with red brick particles or coarse sand with ceramic tile particles.

Claims

1. A permeable brick made of environmentally friendly materials, comprising: A brick body, which is cylindrical, is made by mixing and solidifying cementitious materials, recycled aggregate, and waste glass fiber powder. The cementitious materials are made by mixing water and cement with a water-cement ratio of 0.2 to 0.

5. The recycled aggregate is made by mixing coarse sand with red brick particles or coarse sand with ceramic tile particles.

2. The permeable brick with environmentally friendly material as described in claim 1, wherein the red brick particles and ceramic brick particles are irregular in shape, and their particle size can be as small as 0.5 cm and as large as 1 cm.
