Abstract

This invention provides a glass substrate edge image acquisition mechanism, including cameras, a wing plate, an extension slide, a linear extension drive element, and a horizontal mounting plate. The camera comprises three cameras: a first camera and a second camera, used to capture position images of the front and rear ends of the first edge of the glass substrate, respectively; and a third camera, used to capture position images of the second edge of the glass substrate perpendicular to the first edge. The linear extension drive element drives the cameras to retract to a lateral position above the glass substrate after image acquisition. The three cameras work together to capture position information of different edges of the glass substrate, accurately obtaining X-axis and Y-axis offset and planar rotation angle information, providing precise data support for correction control and ensuring correction accuracy. The linear extension drive element drives the cameras to extend and capture images, and then retracts them to a lateral position after acquisition, preventing the cameras from obstructing the mounting process and ensuring its smooth operation.

Claims

1. A glass substrate edge image capturing mechanism, comprising a camera, a wing plate, an extendable slide plate, a linear extendable drive element, and a horizontal mounting plate, wherein the horizontal mounting plate is horizontally mounted on a frame lateral to the glass substrate, the base of the linear extendable drive element is fixedly mounted on the horizontal mounting plate, the extendable slide plate is fixedly mounted on a movable block of the linear extendable drive element, the wing plate is horizontally and vertically mounted at the end of the extendable slide plate near the glass substrate, the camera includes at least a first camera, a second camera, and a third camera, the first camera and the second camera are respectively used to capture position images of the front end and rear end of a first edge of the glass substrate, the third camera is used to capture position images of a second edge of the glass substrate perpendicular to the first edge, and the linear extendable drive element is used to drive the camera to retract to a lateral position above the glass substrate after image capturing is completed.

2. The glass substrate edge image capturing mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein, The horizontal mounting plate is also provided with a stop seat that extends vertically toward the side of the linear extension drive element. The end of the stop seat is provided with a horizontally arranged stop block, which is used to horizontally limit the surface of the extension slide plate facing away from the horizontal mounting plate.

3. The image capturing mechanism for the edge of the glass substrate as described in claim 2, wherein, The stop seat is installed on the horizontal mounting plate at one end near the wing plate.

4. The glass substrate edge image capturing mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein, A travel limit block is fixedly installed on the extended sliding plate. A first stop and a second stop are fixedly installed at both ends of the horizontal mounting plate to control the extended and retracted positions of the camera. The travel limit block is located between the first stop and the second stop.

5. The glass substrate edge image capturing mechanism as described in claim 4, wherein, The horizontal mounting plate is also equipped with an electronic detection element for detecting whether the extended sliding plate has extended into place and retracted into place.
