Abstract

This disclosure provides a gravity environment simulation culture device and a method for culturing biological materials using the device. The gravity environment simulation culture device structurally includes a receiving base, a culture box, a fluid control unit, a first rotating member, and a second rotating member. The culture box is detachably coupled to one side of the receiving base for culturing biological materials within the culture box. The fluid control unit is coupled to the other side of the receiving base for providing or regulating the fluid required for biological material culture. Next, the first rotating member is coupled to the receiving base, causing the receiving base to rotate along a first axis, and the second rotating member is located outside the first rotating member and coupled to the first rotating member, causing the first rotating member to rotate along a second axis, wherein the first axis and the second axis are not parallel.

Claims

1. A gravity environment simulation culture device for culturing biological materials, comprising: a receiving base; A culture box, detachably coupled to one side of the receiving seat, for culturing the biological material within the culture box; a fluid control unit, coupled to the other side of the receiving seat, for providing or controlling the fluid required for culturing the biological material; a first rotating member coupled to the receiving seat, causing the receiving seat to rotate along a first axis; A second rotating member is disposed outside the first rotating member and coupled to the first rotating member, so that the first rotating member rotates along a second axis, and the first axis and the second axis are not parallel.

2. The gravity environment simulation culture device as described in claim 1 further includes a third rotating member disposed outside the second rotating member and coupled to the second rotating member, such that the second rotating member rotates along a third axis, and the third axis and the second axis are not parallel.

3. The gravity environment simulation culture device as described in claim 1, wherein the culture box further includes a fixing clip for fixing a biochip inside the culture box.

4. The gravity environment simulation culture device as described in claim 3, wherein the fluid control unit is in fluid communication with the biochip.

5. The gravity environment simulation culture device as described in claim 1 further includes a fixing member and a plurality of screws, wherein the plurality of screws are used to pass through the fixing member to fix the culture box to the receiving seat.

6. The gravity environment simulation culture device as described in claim 1, wherein a heating element is provided on one side of the culture box.

7. The gravity environment simulation culture device as described in claim 1 further includes a control module electrically connected to the first rotating member and the second rotating member, for controlling the rotation direction, rotation speed, operating time or a combination thereof of the first rotating member or the second rotating member.
