Abstract

This invention relates to a furnace roller mandrel and carbon sleeve fixing device that uses fixing bolts and keyways to secure the furnace roller mandrel and carbon sleeve. The fixing bolts employ a leap-in thread design and use 2-2 double fixing bolts for locking. This furnace roller mandrel and carbon sleeve fixing device effectively reduces stress concentration and high-temperature deformation, thereby extending the service life of the carbon sleeve and reducing the occurrence of carbon sleeve breakage and furnace roller jamming.
