Abstract
Claims
1. A pneumatic electromagnetic interlocking door lock structure, comprising: a cylinder electromagnetic lock extension end, the cylinder electromagnetic lock extension end including a cylinder and at least one push rod disposed on the cylinder, the push rod being able to extend or retract by driving the cylinder; an electromagnetic lock disposed at the top of the push rod, and indirectly pushing the electromagnetic lock forward or backward by the extension and retraction movement of the push rod; a cylinder electromagnetic lock fixing end, the cylinder electromagnetic lock fixing end including a magnetic piece whose position corresponds to the electromagnetic lock, so that the electromagnetic lock can attract it; and a control unit for controlling the electromagnetic lock to generate magnetic force to attract the magnetic piece, and simultaneously driving the cylinder to retract the push rod, or controlling the electromagnetic lock to release the magnetic piece and drive the push rod to extend.
2. The pneumatic electromagnetic door lock structure as described in claim 1, wherein the telescopic end of the cylinder electromagnetic lock is fixedly installed in one of the oven bodies, and the fixed end of the cylinder electromagnetic lock is fixedly installed in one of the oven doors, with the position corresponding to the telescopic end of the cylinder electromagnetic lock.
3. The pneumatic electromagnetic linkage door lock structure as described in claim 2, wherein the cylinder is connected to the housing via a cylinder mounting base.
4. The pneumatic electromagnetic linkage door lock structure as described in claim 2, wherein the push rod is connected to an electromagnetic lock mounting base, and the electromagnetic lock is mounted on the electromagnetic lock mounting base.
5. The pneumatic electromagnetic linkage door lock structure as described in claim 2, wherein the magnetic plate is connected to the door body by a magnetic fixing seat.
6. A pneumatic electromagnetic interlocking door lock structure, which can be used with an oven, the pneumatic electromagnetic interlocking door lock structure comprising: an oven, the oven comprising a cabinet and a door; a cylinder electromagnetic lock extension end disposed in the cabinet, the cylinder electromagnetic lock extension end comprising: a cylinder, the cylinder having at least one push rod, the push rod being able to extend or retract by the drive of the cylinder; and comprising a cylinder fixing seat to fix the cylinder to the cabinet; an electromagnetic lock fixing seat connected to the top end of the push rod; and an electromagnetic lock mounted on the electromagnetic lock fixing seat, and displacing forward or backward by the extension and retraction of the push rod; A cylinder electromagnetic lock fixing end is disposed on the door body. The cylinder electromagnetic lock fixing end includes a magnetic piece whose position corresponds to the electromagnetic lock; a magnetic fixing seat for fixing the magnetic piece to the door body; and a control unit, which includes a pneumatic source to provide driving gas for the cylinder, a power source to provide operating power for the electromagnetic lock, and a door opening / closing button for controlling the cylinder electromagnetic lock extension end to switch between performing a door closing operation and a door opening operation.
7. As described in claim 6, in the closing operation, when the operator closes the door and presses the door open / close button, the control unit drives the electromagnetic lock to generate a magnetic force to attract the magnet, and further activates the air pressure source, causing the cylinder to drive the push rod to retract, thereby pulling the door towards the housing and keeping the door and housing in a tight fit.
8. As described in claim 6, in the opening operation, when the door is closed, the operator presses the door opening / closing button, or after the baking operation is completed, the control unit controls the electromagnetic lock to release the attraction between the magnetic plate and the magnetic plate, and starts the air pressure source to drive the cylinder to extend the push rod, thereby separating the door from the housing, so that the operator can open the door.
9. The pneumatic electromagnetic linkage door lock structure as described in claim 6, wherein the door opening operation is performed in two stages. In the first stage, the control unit controls the electromagnetic lock to release the magnetic plate, causing the push rod to extend to a first length. In the second stage, after a certain interval, the control unit drives the push rod to extend to a second length, so that the operator can open the door more conveniently.
10. The pneumatic electromagnetic linkage door lock structure as described in claim 9, wherein the first length and the second length are 10 to 30 cm, preferably 20 cm.
