Abstract

A device for evenly feeding black soldier fly larvae with kitchen waste comprises a feeding unit mounted on a frame with a rearing bed. The feeding unit includes a turning unit and a pushing unit, positioned above the rearing bed and moving along the frame. The feeding unit includes a sliding base with a sloping feed trough having a discharge outlet at its lower end. Near the discharge outlet, a bidirectional feeding spiral with reciprocating forward and reverse rotation and a controllable feeding control rotating blade are sequentially arranged from top to bottom within the feed trough. The bidirectional feeding spiral ensures that the kitchen waste in the feed trough falls evenly and loosely without bridging, reaching the feeding control rotating blade. The rotation speed of the feeding control rotating blade, combined with the moving speed of the feeding unit, ensures that the kitchen waste is evenly spread on the rearing bed at an optimal feeding thickness. This improves uneven feeding and prevents accumulation, allowing black soldier fly larvae to evenly access the food source, reducing competition and waste.

Claims

1. A device for uniformly feeding black soldier fly larvae with kitchen waste, comprising a frame and a feeding unit that moves along the frame, wherein the feeding unit includes a slide that moves horizontally along the frame, the slide having a feeding trough shaped like an inclined groove with a discharge port at its lower end, a bidirectional uniform feeding spiral that rotates in both forward and reverse directions slightly below the feeding trough, and a feeding control rotating blade located below the bidirectional uniform feeding spiral at the discharge port in the feeding trough.

2. The device for uniformly feeding black soldier fly larvae with kitchen waste as described in claim 1, wherein a fixed frame is fixed on a slide on each side of the feed trough at both ends of the discharge port, and an adjusting screw that can abut against the discharge port is arranged at intervals on the fixed frame.

3. The device for uniformly feeding black soldier fly larvae with kitchen waste as described in claim 1, wherein a turning unit is provided on the slide located in front of the feeding trough, the turning unit including a lifting frame that is driven to rise and fall, the lifting frame having plowshares arranged at predetermined intervals in the shape of plowshares.

4. The device for uniformly feeding black soldier fly larvae with kitchen waste as described in claim 3, wherein a pushing unit is provided on the slide located in front of the turning unit, the pushing unit including a push plate that is driven to rise and fall.
