Abstract
Claims
1. A multi-layer three-dimensional conveying mechanism, comprising: a body with a power source inside; two multi-layer conveying modules, correspondingly arranged on opposite sides of the body, each multi-layer conveying module having multiple parallel tracks and a plurality of sprocket sets inside, the sprocket sets being driven by the power source to drive two chains respectively wound around the two multi-layer conveying modules and define a circulation path, each multi-layer conveying module having a conveying guide unit, a synchronization guide unit, and an auxiliary guide unit at turning points and lifting points of the circulation path; and a plurality of racks, horizontally mounted between the two multi-layer conveying modules and running synchronously with the two chains, each rack having a conveying support wheel, a synchronization positioning wheel, and an auxiliary synchronization wheel respectively on opposite sides, the conveying support wheel being connected to the chain on the same side; wherein... The conveying support wheel and the synchronous positioning wheel are located on the lower side of the material rack, and the auxiliary synchronous wheel is located on the upper side of the material rack. By means of the conveying support wheel, the synchronous positioning wheel and the auxiliary synchronous wheel being limited and guided by the conveying guide unit, the synchronous guide unit and the auxiliary guide unit respectively, the material rack is kept in a horizontal state during lifting and lowering.

The multi-layer three-dimensional conveying mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein each of the material racks is further provided with a lateral limiting wheel on its opposite sides, the axis of the lateral limiting wheel being perpendicular to the axis of the conveying support wheel, the synchronous positioning wheel and the auxiliary synchronous wheel, and the lateral limiting wheel abutting against the side edge surface of the parallel track to limit the lateral displacement of the material rack during operation.
3. The multi-layer three-dimensional conveying mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary guide unit is provided with an auxiliary guide channel extending along the circulation path for the auxiliary synchronous pulley to enter and be limited thereto.

The multi-layer three-dimensional conveying mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein the conveying guide unit includes at least one conveying guide wheel and at least one conveying guide stop; the synchronous guide unit includes at least one synchronous guide wheel and at least one synchronous guide stop.
5. The multi-layer three-dimensional conveyor mechanism as described in claim 1, wherein a portion of the sprocket sets are driving wheels driven by the power source, and the remaining sprocket sets are driven wheels around which the two chains are supported.
