Abstract

A universal joint mechanism for a hot blast furnace system is provided for adjusting and securing a control valve seat to a housing. The housing includes a base defining a plurality of bases extending along a first direction, and a surrounding wall that, together with the bases, defines a mounting space suitable for accommodating the control valve seat. The universal joint mechanism includes a plate and a top wall defining a mounting area, and a circumferential wall. The top wall and the circumferential wall together define a plurality of grooves extending along a second direction. The control valve seat is movable relative to the housing within the mounting grooves along the first direction and is adapted for adjustment and connection to a hydraulic hard pipe. The staggered design of the grooves and mounting grooves allows the control valve seat to move relative to the housing along the first direction until it is aligned and connected to the hydraulic hard pipe.

Claims

1. A universal joint mechanism for a hot blast furnace system, suitable for adjusting and fixing a control valve seat in a housing, wherein the housing includes a base defining a plurality of mounting slots extending along a first direction and equidistant from each other, and a surrounding wall that, together with the base, defines a mounting space suitable for accommodating the control valve seat, the universal joint mechanism for the hot blast furnace system comprising: a plate disposed in the mounting space of the housing, including a top wall defining a mounting area suitable for aligning and fixing the control valve seat, and a circumferential wall extending downward from the top wall and suitable for fixing to the housing, wherein the top wall and the circumferential wall together define a plurality of sliding grooves extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; wherein, The control valve seat is movable in the mounting groove along the first direction relative to the base of the housing, and is adapted to be connected to a hydraulic hard pipe located below the housing.

2. The universal joint mechanism of the hot blast furnace system as described in claim 1 further includes a plurality of locking screws corresponding to the slides and used to fix the plate.
