Abstract
Claims
1. A dynamic traffic allocation system for business operations, applicable to the business management of multiple branches of a financial institution, the dynamic traffic allocation system comprising multiple hardware modules or hardware units composed of multiple hardware circuits, the hardware modules or hardware units comprising: a data acquisition module configured to acquire attendance data from a personnel attendance system and business transaction data from a business transaction system, and to aggregate, based on the attendance data and the business transaction data, human resource allocation data and business processing schedule data of the branches to generate basic business data for the branches; A load capacity calculation module, connected to the data acquisition module, is configured to receive the branch's basic business data, and perform calculations on the basic business data based on a plurality of business parameters to generate a plurality of load capacity index values corresponding to the branches, and compare the load capacity index values with a preset threshold condition to generate a plurality of load status judgment results; and a traffic diversion suggestion module, connected to the load capacity calculation module, is configured to receive the load capacity index values and the load status judgment results, and when at least one load status judgment result indicates that the corresponding load capacity index value meets the preset threshold condition, select at least one candidate branch based on at least one branch attribute data to generate candidate branch suggestion data.
2. The dynamic traffic diversion system for the business capacity as described in Request 1, wherein the attendance data includes at least one of the following for each branch: an employee attendance record, a leave record, and an employee count data.
3. The dynamic traffic diversion system for business capacity as described in claim 1, wherein the business transaction data includes at least one of a credit card transaction record, a foreign exchange transaction record, and a loan transaction record.

The dynamic traffic diversion system for business capacity as described in Request 1, wherein the plurality of business parameters includes at least two of a manpower allocation parameter, a fund deposit-to-loan ratio parameter, a staff member job grade parameter, and a staff member business experience parameter.
5. The dynamic traffic distribution system for service carrying capacity as described in Request 1, wherein the preset threshold condition is a load threshold value, and the load status judgment results are used to indicate whether the corresponding carrying capacity index values meet the load threshold value.
6. The dynamic traffic distribution system for service carrying capacity as described in Request 1, wherein the at least one branch attribute data includes at least one of branch load rate data, remaining capacity data, and branch service proportion data.
7. The dynamic traffic allocation system based on request item 1, wherein the traffic allocation suggestion module is further configured to select at least one candidate branch based on customer geographic relationship data.

The dynamic traffic diversion system for carrying capacity as described in Request 1, wherein the candidate branch suggestion data includes pairing suggestion data of at least one source branch and at least one target branch, and the pairing suggestion data includes data on the number of cases that can be received by one suggestion corresponding to the target branch.

The dynamic traffic offloading system for service capacity as described in claim 1, wherein the dynamic traffic offloading system for service capacity is further connected to a management operation terminal, the preset threshold condition is set by the management operation terminal, and the candidate branch suggestion data is output to the management operation terminal.

The dynamic traffic distribution system for service capacity as described in claim 9, wherein the data acquisition module responds to an operation command from the management operation terminal, or obtains the attendance data from the personnel attendance system and the service transaction data from the service transaction system according to a preset time interval.
