Abstract

This disclosure provides a panel manufacturing equipment, comprising a feeding device, a forming device, a gluing device, a diverting device, a filling device, a flipping device, and a hot pressing device. The feeding device inputs a workpiece; the forming device forms the workpiece into a plurality of single-layer panels; the gluing device applies adhesive to one side of each single-layer panel; the diverting device diverts the single-layer panels along a transport path; the filling device fills the single-layer panels with a core material; the flipping device receives the diverted single-layer panels and flips single-layer panels that have not yet been filled with core material onto single-layer panels that have been filled with core material, thus adhering the core material between the two single-layer panels; the hot pressing device heat-presses the single-layer panels together and outputs a finished panel. Claims

1. A panel manufacturing apparatus comprising: a feeding device for inputting a workpiece; a forming device adjacent to the feeding device for forming the workpiece into a plurality of single-layer panels; an adhesive applicator adjacent to the forming device for applying adhesive to one side of each of the single-layer panels; a diversion device adjacent to the adhesive applicator for diverting the single-layer panels along transport paths; and a filling device adjacent to the diversion device for filling a core material into one of the single-layer panels along one transport path, while the single-layer panels along other transport paths pass through the filling device. A flipping device, adjacent to the diversion device, receives each of the diverted single-layer panels and flips the single-layer panel that has not yet been filled with the core material to the single-layer panel that has been filled with the core material, so that the core material is adhered between the two single-layer panels; and a hot pressing device, adjacent to the flipping device, performs hot pressing on each of the single-layer panels with the core material adhered to them, thereby outputting a finished panel.
