Abstract

A land collateral tracking and management system is installed within a bank's mainframe server, including a data query module and a comparison and analysis module. The data query module receives land collateral query information transmitted from a bank employee's device, and then queries multiple external databases to obtain corresponding land collateral status information, and also queries the internal system to obtain corresponding land collateral information. The comparison and analysis module compares the land collateral information with the land collateral status information to identify whether a land collateral has an abnormal status. When the land collateral has an abnormal status, a land collateral anomaly tracking report is generated and transmitted to the bank employee's device.

Claims

1. A land collateral tracking and management system, installed within a bank mainframe server, comprising a plurality of hardware modules consisting of a plurality of electrically connected hardware circuits, the hardware modules including: A data query module, communicatively connected to multiple external databases, a bank employee device, and an internal system, receives land collateral query information transmitted by the employee device, queries the external databases based on the land collateral query information to obtain corresponding land collateral status information and map information, and queries the internal system to obtain corresponding land collateral information; and a comparison and analysis module, communicatively connected to the data query module and the employee device, receives the land collateral status information, the map information, and the land collateral information, compares the land collateral information with the land collateral status information and the map information to identify whether a land collateral has an abnormal status. When the land collateral has an abnormal status, the comparison and analysis module generates a land collateral anomaly tracking report and transmits it to the employee device.

2. The land collateral tracking and management system as described in claim 1, wherein the external databases include the aerial telemetry data supply service platform or the Global Information Network of the Land Administration Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of China.

3. The land collateral tracking management system as described in claim 1, wherein the land collateral status information is the land administration data of the land collateral.

4. The land collateral tracking management system as described in claim 1, wherein the map information is a satellite aerial image.

5. The land collateral tracking and management system as described in claim 3, wherein when the comparison and analysis module identifies the abnormal state, it compares the differences in image features of satellite aerial images at different times to determine whether the land collateral has undergone a change in topography.

6. The land collateral tracking and management system as described in claim 4, wherein when the comparison and analysis module identifies the abnormal status, it also compares the land administration data of the land collateral with the land collateral information contained in the internal system to determine whether the land collateral has undergone a change in ownership status including sale, gift, seizure, presumption of attachment or establishment of mortgage.

7. The land collateral tracking and management system as described in claim 1, wherein the internal system includes a branch transaction system or a collateral management system.
