Annual budget cost estimation system

Abstract

An annual budget expense estimation system includes a communication module, a budget estimation management module, and an approval module. The communication module receives and transmits information. The budget estimation management module, based on a budget estimation request, retrieves corresponding historical financial information from the internal system via the communication module and generates a budget expense estimation table. This table is then filled out by the relevant unit via the communication module. The approval module transmits the budget expense estimation table to the corresponding supervisor's device for approval according to a preset approval process.

Claims

1. An annual budget cost estimation system, installed within a bank mainframe server, comprising a plurality of hardware modules consisting of a plurality of electrically connected hardware circuits, the hardware modules including: A communication module is communicatively connected to an internal system, a plurality of unit devices, and a plurality of supervisory devices; a budget estimation management module is communicatively connected to the communication module. When a budget estimation request is received from one of the unit devices through the communication module, the budget estimation management module extracts corresponding historical financial information from the internal system through the communication module based on the budget estimation request, and generates a budget expense estimate table accordingly, and provides the corresponding unit device with the opportunity to fill in the budget expense estimate table through the communication module. And an audit module, which is connected to the communication module and the budget estimation management module, receives the budget cost estimate returned by the unit device, and transmits the budget cost estimate to the corresponding supervisor device for auditing through the communication module according to a preset audit process.

2. The annual budget cost estimation system as described in claim 1, wherein the internal system is a report management system.

3. The annual budget expense estimation system as described in claim 1, wherein the historical financial information includes the budget allocation, additional allocation, and actual expenditure for each expense item in the previous year.

The annual budget cost estimation system as described in claim 3, wherein the budget cost estimation table includes: A historical reference field, which is automatically filled in by the budget estimation management module; a budget entry field and a description field, for the unit device to enter a budget estimate for the current year; and a description field, which becomes a forced input state when the budget estimation management module detects that the increase in the budget estimate for the current year relative to the actual execution amount of the previous year is greater than a preset percentage, so that the user can provide the reason for the increase and the estimation method.

5. The annual budget cost estimation system as described in claim 4, wherein the preset percentage is 10%.

The annual budget cost estimation system as described in claim 1, wherein the budget estimation management module also tracks the response progress status of the units and devices, and when the response progress status is pending and close to a preset deadline, the budget estimation management module automatically sends a reminder notification to the corresponding unit and device via the communication module.
