Abstract

A flexible mechanical equipment control box structure is disclosed, comprising a first and a second control box, each positioned beside two independent pieces of mechanical equipment. Each control box includes a frame, a front door, and a removable side panel. When the two pieces of mechanical equipment need to be installed side-by-side, the removable side panels of the two adjacent control boxes can be removed, and the frames of the two control boxes can be locked together using fasteners, forming a single integrated structure. Simultaneously, the control circuits inside the two control boxes can be electrically connected via wiring terminals. This invention enables zero-gap parallel operation of two pieces of mechanical equipment, significantly improving factory space utilization, and also provides a high degree of configuration flexibility, allowing for free switching between single-machine independent operation and dual-machine combined operation modes.

Claims

1. A control box structure for mechanical equipment with flexible spatial configuration, comprising: a first control box disposed on a first piece of mechanical equipment, the first control box including a first box frame, a first front door, and at least one first detachable side panel; the first box frame having at least one side provided with a plurality of first mating holes and a first electrical connection terminal, the first control box having a first control circuit internally connected to the first electrical connection terminal; and a second control box disposed on a second piece of mechanical equipment, the second control box including a second box frame, a second front door, and at least one second detachable side panel; the second box frame having at least one side provided with a plurality of second mating holes and a second electrical connection terminal, the second control box having a second control circuit internally connected to the second electrical connection terminal; wherein; The positions of the first and second connecting holes correspond to each other. Thus, when the first and second detachable side panels are removed, the first and second housing frames are connected by a fastener passing through the corresponding first and second connecting holes. The first and second control circuits are electrically connected to each other through the first and second line connection terminals.

2. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, When the first control box and the second control box are combined, the first control circuit is electrically connected to the second control circuit via the first and second line connection terminals to operate the first mechanical equipment and the second mechanical equipment.

3. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, The first box frame has a different shape from the second box frame.

4. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, The first detachable side panel and the second detachable side panel are either a liftable door panel or a sliding door panel.

5. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, The fastener system includes bolts, pins, or snap fasteners.

6. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, When the first control box is combined with the second control box, a power line or a signal line extends directly from the inside of the first box frame through the first and second line connection terminals to the inside of the second box frame.

7. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, The first front door is located on the front of the first housing frame, and the second front door is located on the front of the second housing frame.

8. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, When the first control box and the second control box are combined, the first mechanical equipment and the second mechanical equipment are placed side by side adjacent to each other.

9. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, The first control box and the second control box adopt a modular structure design.

10. The mechanical equipment control box structure with flexible spatial configuration as described in claim 1, wherein, The first line connection terminal and the second line connection terminal include a bus structure.
