Abstract
Claims
1. A document viewing tracking and notification system, applicable to the internal document publication management of an organization, and connected to a document system via signal connection, the document viewing tracking and notification system comprising a plurality of hardware modules composed of a plurality of hardware circuits, the hardware modules comprising: a data acquisition module configured to, in response to a trigger event, acquire publication data and a viewing status data from the document system, wherein the viewing status data comprises a plurality of records, each record corresponding to a publication object and including a viewing time field, the data acquisition module filtering the viewing status data according to a query condition to generate filtered viewing status data that meets one of the query conditions; A judgment module, signal-connected to the data acquisition module, is configured to receive the filtered viewing status data and determine whether the viewing time field of each record in the filtered viewing status data has a time value, so as to filter out a plurality of records whose viewing time field does not have any time value, and generate a list of unviewed objects accordingly; and a notification module, signal-connected to the judgment module, is configured to receive the list of unviewed objects, and obtain the corresponding email address information from the document system based on the list of unviewed objects, thereby generating notification information and sending a notification message to the email address corresponding to the email address information.
2. The document access tracking and notification system as described in Request 1, wherein the triggering event includes an operation triggering event or a scheduling triggering event, wherein the operation triggering event is triggered by an operator, and the scheduling triggering event is automatically triggered at a preset time interval.
3. The document access tracking and notification system as described in Request 1, wherein the subject of publication includes a publishing unit or a publishing person.
4. The document access tracking and notification system as described in Request 1, wherein the published information includes a publication serial number, a publication document number, a publication date, a deadline, and a publication subject.
5. The document access tracking and notification system as described in Request 1, wherein each record of the access status data further includes a publishing unit and a publishing personnel.
6. The document access tracking notification system as described in Request 4, wherein the notification information includes the publication number, the publication subject, and the deadline.
7. The document access tracking and notification system as described in Request 1, wherein the query condition is a date range, and the data acquisition module filters the access status data based on the date range to generate multiple records corresponding to the date range.
