Abstract

A remote control device for an electrical appliance is disclosed, applicable to an electrical appliance and usable as a near-end remote control or a far-end remote control. The near-end remote control and the far-end remote control can respectively transmit a near-end control signal and a far-end control signal. The remote control device includes a wireless communication unit, a microprocessor unit, and a communication interface. The wireless communication unit can receive the near-end control signal or the far-end control signal. The microprocessor unit can receive the content from the near-end control signal or the far-end control signal and convert it into a control command for controlling the electrical appliance. The communication interface transmits the control command to the electrical appliance. This enables the electrical appliance to perform both near-end and far-end remote control functions.

Claims

1.
