Abstract
Claims
1. A food waste treatment nutrient solution generation and supply system, which generates nutrient solution through liquefaction of food waste and microbial inoculum powder, comprising: A residential community is provided with at least one food waste pulping device, several gardening pipes and several water outlet pipes. The food waste pulping device is connected to an inlet, a water supply device, a food waste grinder and a slurry outlet. The food waste and microbial powder are introduced into the inlet, and water is introduced into the inlet by the water supply device. The food waste is pulped by the food waste grinder and the pulped food waste is discharged through the slurry outlet. The gardening pipe and the water outlet pipe are connected to the system. At least one aerobic fermentation aeration device is provided, comprising an aerobic fermentation aeration chamber, a nutrient solution generation aeration chamber, a nutrient solution storage chamber, an air pump, and an aeration pipe. The aerobic fermentation aeration chamber has a slurry inlet, and the nutrient solution storage chamber has a nutrient solution outlet control valve at its bottom. The aerobic fermentation aeration chamber, nutrient solution generation aeration chamber, and nutrient solution storage chamber are interconnected in an S-shape for overflow. The aeration pipe is connected to the air pump and extends into the aerobic fermentation aeration chamber, nutrient solution generation aeration chamber, and nutrient solution storage chamber near their bottoms. The slurry inlet of the aerobic fermentation aeration chamber is connected to the slurry outlet of the food waste slurry processing device. The system includes a liquid outlet connection, allowing slurried kitchen waste to be introduced into an aerobic fermentation aeration chamber. From there, nutrient solution flows into the aerobic fermentation aeration chamber to generate an aeration chamber, and then into a nutrient solution storage chamber. Oxygen is introduced into the slurried kitchen waste through an air pump, and the waste is aerated and fermented through an aeration pipe to generate liquefied nutrient solution. The system also includes at least one output device, which is equipped with at least one nutrient solution extraction pump and at least one external extension pipe. The nutrient solution extraction pump is connected to the external extension pipe. The nutrient solution extraction pump is connected to the nutrient solution outlet control valve of the nutrient solution storage chamber of the aerobic fermentation aeration device, and the external extension pipe is connected to the gardening pipes of the residential community.
2. The food waste treatment nutrient solution generation and supply system as described in claim 1, wherein, The aerobic fermentation aeration device is equipped with a nutrient solution level detector in its aerobic fermentation aeration chamber, nutrient solution generation aeration chamber, and nutrient solution storage chamber. This detector is either an electronic scale or an electronic liquid level detector. A control panel is also provided, containing a control circuit board. This control circuit board is connected to at least one control button and at least one display panel. The control circuit board further includes a timer controller, which stores liquid level detection warning conditions. The nutrient solution level detector is electrically connected to the control circuit board on the control panel, and the timer controller is electrically connected to the nutrient solution extraction pump in the output device. When the nutrient solution level detector detects that the nutrient solution level in the aerobic fermentation aeration chamber, nutrient solution generation aeration chamber, and nutrient solution storage chamber is too high, the control circuit board issues a warning on the display panel. The timer controller can also, via the control circuit board, periodically control the nutrient solution extraction pump in the output device to start outputting nutrient solution.
3. The food waste treatment nutrient solution generation and supply system as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The residential community further includes a management room unit equipped with an audible and visual warning device, which consists of a buzzer and a flashing LED light. The audible and visual warning device is electrically connected to the control circuit board of the control panel. When the nutrient solution level detector detects that the aerobic fermentation aeration device has an excessively high level, the audible and visual warning device will emit a flashing light or a buzzer sound in the management room unit to issue a warning.
4. The food waste treatment nutrient solution generation and supply system as described in claim 3, wherein, The control panel is located in the management room unit.
5. The food waste treatment nutrient solution generation and supply system as described in claim 4, wherein, The inlet of the food waste pulping device is equipped with an inlet piston cover, which closes the inlet when no food waste is added or when the device is not in use.
6. The food waste treatment nutrient solution generation and supply system as described in claim 5, wherein, The aerobic fermentation aeration device has a replaceable activated carbon exhaust pipe on the top side of the aerobic fermentation aeration chamber.
