Abstract
Claims
1. A personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system, comprising: a data input module for receiving at least one body composition value of a user; a data processing module electrically connected to the data input module for analyzing and processing the received body composition value to generate corresponding health assessment information; a storage module electrically connected to the data processing module for storing the body composition value and the health assessment information; a data interpretation module electrically connected to the data processing module for interpreting the health assessment information to generate a health assessment recommendation report; and a report output module electrically connected to the data interpretation module for outputting the health assessment recommendation report.
2. The personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system as described in claim 1, wherein the body composition values include: age, gender, height, weight, body fat percentage, body age, body mass index, basal metabolic rate and visceral fat index.
3. The personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system as described in claim 1, wherein the body composition values are measured by a detection device.
4. The personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system as described in claim 3, wherein the detection device is a body fat analyzer.
5. The personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system as described in claim 1, wherein the data processing module is used to compare the received body composition values with a historical body composition value stored in the storage module to generate the health assessment information.
6. The personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system as described in claim 1, wherein the report output module is a display device or a communication module for displaying or transmitting the health assessment report to an external device.
7. The personalized muscle gain and fat loss health diagnosis and assessment system as described in claim 1, wherein the health assessment and recommendation report includes at least one lifestyle recommendation.
