Meeting Proposal Review and Approval Progress Inquiry System

Abstract

A meeting proposal review progress query system is available, suitable for connection with an official document system. The system includes a document number receiving module, a document query module, a document selection module, and a workflow display module. The document number receiving module receives document numbers from a user's operating device and generates document number query conditions. The document query module queries the official document system based on the document number query conditions to obtain the corresponding document information. The document selection module provides the document information to the user's operating device and receives a document selection instruction corresponding to the document information. The workflow display module obtains the corresponding document workflow information from the official document system based on the document selection instruction and provides the document workflow information to the user's operating device, allowing the user to view the review progress of the document information at each review stage.

Claims

1. A meeting proposal review progress query system, suitable for signal connection with a document system, the meeting proposal review progress query system comprising a plurality of hardware modules or hardware units composed of a plurality of hardware circuits, the hardware modules or hardware units comprising: a document number receiving module configured to receive a document number from a user operating device and generate a document number query condition based on the document number; and a document query module signal-connected to the document number receiving module and configured to query the document system based on the document number query condition to obtain document data corresponding to the document number. A document selection module is signal-connected to the document query module and configured to provide the document information to the user's operating device, and to receive a document selection instruction corresponding to the document information; and a process display module is signal-connected to the document selection module and configured to retrieve a document process data corresponding to the document information from the document system based on the document selection instruction, and to provide the document process data to the user's operating device.

2. The meeting proposal review progress query system as described in Request 1, wherein the document information includes at least one of the document number and a document subject.

3. The meeting proposal review progress query system as described in Request 1, wherein the document process data includes multiple process node data, and each process node data includes at least one of a handler data, a processing time data, and a processing status data.

4. The meeting proposal review progress query system as described in request item 3, wherein the process display module is further configured to generate a process display page based on the processing order of the plurality of process node data.

The meeting proposal review progress query system as described in Request 1, wherein the document query module is further configured to generate a "no data found" notification and provide it to the user's operating device when the document system fails to return the document data corresponding to the query conditions for the document number.

6. The meeting proposal review progress tracking system as described in claim 1, wherein the user's operating device is a computer device or a mobile device.
