Abstract
Claims
1. A sliding member buffer structure, suitable for being disposed between a fixed frame and a sliding member movable relative to the fixed frame, characterized in that it comprises: a buffer, disposed in one of the fixed frame or the sliding member, comprising a cylinder, a rod operable relative to the cylinder, and a piston disposed in the cylinder and connected to the rod; a positioning unit, disposed in the other of the fixed frame or the sliding member, and providing a mating position; and a connecting unit, disposed between the rod and the positioning unit, being a separable connecting member; wherein... When the sliding member moves relative to the fixed frame to the docking position, the connecting unit connects the rod body to the positioning unit. The pulling force generated by the reverse movement of the sliding member drives the rod body to be pulled out from the cylinder to complete a preset buffer stroke. When the rod body reaches a limit position and the force is greater than a set value, the connecting unit disconnects the rod body from the positioning unit.
2. The sliding buffer structure as described in claim 1, wherein the sliding element is a door panel.
3. The slider buffer structure as described in claim 1, wherein the slider is a window.
4. The slider buffer structure as described in claim 1, wherein the slider is a drawer.
5. The sliding buffer structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting unit is a magnetic component.
6. The sliding buffer structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting unit is a clamping assembly with static friction.
7. The sliding buffer structure as described in claim 1, wherein the connecting unit is an adhesive component having physical hook-and-loop characteristics.
8. The sliding buffer structure as described in claim 5, wherein the magnetic component includes a magnet disposed on the positioning unit, one end of the rod is directly attracted by the magnetic force of the magnet and connected to the positioning unit, and the set value is the maximum magnetic force between the rod and the magnet.
9. The sliding buffer structure as claimed in claim 8, wherein the positioning unit further comprises a second fixing member and an extension member, one end of the extension member being connected to the second fixing member and the other end of the extension member being used to mount the magnet.
