Abstract

A paper container includes a holding unit and a lid unit. The lid unit is capable of covering the top of the holding unit and includes a first cover plate with an insertion interface, a second cover plate with an insertion portion, and two side wings. Each side wing plate has an abutting edge. When the lid unit is placed on the holding unit, the abutting edges are respectively inserted into the insertion interface and abut against the bottom side of the first cover plate. The second cover plate abuts against the top side of the side wings, and the insertion portion is inserted into the insertion interface and abuts against the bottom side of the first cover plate. Through the structural design where the insertion portion can be inserted into the bottom side of the first cover plate via the insertion interface, this invention eliminates the need for additional fixing structures such as rubber bands or stickers, allowing the lid unit to be placed on the holding unit, making it environmentally friendly and easy to operate.

Claims

1. A paper container comprising: a holding unit surrounding and defining an upward-opening holding space; and a cover unit capable of covering the top of the holding unit, including a first cover plate, a second cover plate, and two side wings, the first cover plate and the second cover plate being respectively connected to two opposite ends of the holding unit, the side wings being respectively connected to two other opposite ends of the holding unit, the first cover plate having an insertion interface communicating the holding space with the outside, the second cover plate having an insertion portion corresponding to the insertion interface, each side wing having an abutment edge, wherein when the cover unit covers the holding unit, the cover unit covers the holding space, the side wings abut against the top side of the first cover plate, and the abutment edges are respectively inserted into and abut against the bottom side of the first cover plate by the insertion interface, the second cover plate abuts against the top side of the side wings, and the insertion portion is inserted into and abuts against the bottom side of the first cover plate by the insertion interface.

2. The paper container as described in claim 1, wherein, The first cover plate also has a first connecting portion connected to the container unit, and two first abutting portions that extend from the first connecting portion on the side opposite to the container unit and are spaced apart. When the cover unit covers the container unit, the side wings respectively cover the first abutting portions, and the abutting edges respectively abut against the bottom side of the first connecting portion.

3. The paper container as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The second cover plate also has a second connection portion connected to the container unit, the plug-in portion extending from the side of the second connection portion opposite to the container unit.

4. The paper container as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The second cover plate also has a second connecting portion connected to the container unit, the second connecting portion having two second extension edges formed on two opposite sides and extending in a direction that tapers away from the container unit.

5. The paper container as claimed in claim 1, wherein, Each of the side wing plates has a side connection portion connected to the container unit and a side abutment portion extending from the side connection portion on the side opposite to the container unit. The side abutment portion has the abutment edge. When the cover unit is placed on the container unit, the side abutment portions are spaced apart in a left-right direction.

6. The paper container as claimed in claim 1, wherein, Each of the side wing plates has a side connecting portion connected to the container unit and a side abutting portion extending from the side connecting portion on the side opposite to the container unit. The side connecting portion has a side extending edge that extends obliquely from the side abutting portion toward the container unit, and the side abutting portion has the abutting edge.

7. The paper container as claimed in claim 1, wherein, Each of the side wing plates has a side connecting portion connected to the container unit and a side abutting portion extending from the side connecting portion on the side opposite to the container unit. The side connecting portion has a side extending edge adjacent to the first cover plate. When the cover unit is placed on the container unit, the side extending edges are exposed and the ends opposite to the container unit are respectively engaged with the two opposite ends of the insertion interface in a left-right direction.

8. The paper container as claimed in claim 6, wherein, Each of the side wing plates also has a side end edge, and the two opposite ends of the abutment edge are respectively connected to the side end edge and the side extension edge and extend at an angle.

9. The paper container as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The container unit includes a base plate, a first enclosure plate, a second enclosure plate, and two side enclosure plates. The first enclosure plate and the second enclosure plate extend upward from two opposite ends of the base plate, and the side enclosure plates extend upward from the other two opposite ends of the base plate. A first cover plate is connected to the first enclosure plate, a second cover plate is connected to the second enclosure plate, and the side wing plates are connected to the side enclosure plates.

10. The paper container as claimed in claim 9, wherein, The container also includes several end plates, which are respectively connected to the two opposite sides of the first enclosure and the second enclosure.

11. The paper container as claimed in claim 9, wherein, The container unit also includes several end plates, which are detachably attached to the outer surfaces of the first enclosure and the second enclosure, respectively.
