Heat exchanger cleaning device

Abstract

A heat exchanger cleaning device is suitable for mounting cooling water piping assemblies of a heat exchanger and using a cleaning rod pushed into at least one pipe of the cooling water piping assembly to remove scale. The heat exchanger cleaning device includes a base with a platform and a tilting fixing seat. The base is movably fixed to the ground, and the tilting fixing seat is pivotally mounted on the platform and used to mount the cooling water piping assembly so that the cooling water piping assembly is at one of a variety of preset angles relative to the platform and remains stationary. This invention provides a heat exchanger cleaning device that allows operators to easily move the cooling water piping assembly and simply adjust the angle between the cooling water piping assembly and the platform, thereby saving effort in removing scale using the cleaning rod.

Claims

1. A heat exchanger cleaning device, suitable for mounting a cooling water pipe assembly of a heat exchanger and pushing a cleaning rod into at least one pipe of the cooling water pipe assembly, the heat exchanger cleaning device comprising: a base, movably fixed to the ground, including a base plate; and a tilting fixed seat, pivotally mounted on the base plate and used to mount the cooling water pipe assembly, such that the cooling water pipe assembly is stationary relative to the base plate at one of a plurality of preset angles.

The heat exchanger cleaning apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein, The tilting mounting base has two supports spaced apart from the base plate, an iron frame located between the two supports for removably inserting the cooling pipe assembly, and two pivots for pivotally connecting the two supports and the iron frame.
