Abstract

This invention aims to provide a bag that, through simple operation, can easily and stably hold a container, and significantly reduces the likelihood of liquid wetting the bag even if the beverage leaks from the container. The bag has a body with a bottom and a peripheral wall portion connected to the bottom at its periphery. The body forms a space surrounded by the bottom and the peripheral wall portion that can accommodate contents, and an opening for inserting the contents into the space. The body is provided with a position limiting member having a limiting wall portion to restrict movement of the contents within the space. The position limiting member is at least engaged with the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion. When the contents are positioned in the space portion such that movement is restricted by the limiting wall portion, if the surface of the limiting wall portion facing the contents is designated as an opposing surface, the limiting wall portion can be configured to have a first shape state where the opposing surface is concave and a second shape state where the opposing surface is convex.

The bag as claimed in claim 96, wherein, The peripheral wall portion has a set of opposing sidewall portions, and has a sidewall extension portion formed by extending a predetermined portion of the end of the sidewall portion upward, and an end extension portion formed by extending a predetermined portion of the side end of the second cover structure forming portion upward. The end edge of the end edge portion of the second cover structure forming portion and the end edge of the end extension portion that is continuous with the end edge portion also serve as the end edge of the sidewall extension portion.

98. The bag as claimed in claim 97, wherein, A sidewall weakening portion is provided on the sidewall extension portion, which extends upward from a predetermined portion at the end of the sidewall face.

99. The bag as described in claim 96, wherein, The peripheral wall portion has a set of opposing sidewall surfaces, each sidewall surface having a body folded edge portion and a recessed portion formed therein. The recessed portion is formed by a concave cut from the upper end of the second cover structure forming portion toward the bottom. The recessed portion is a part facing the sidewall surface portion when the body folded edge portion is in a reduced state.

100. The bag as claimed in claim 99, wherein, The sidewall surface has the body folded portion, and the sidewall surface has a plurality of regions that overlap when the body folded portion is in a reduced state. In the plurality of regions, a first through portion is formed at a position corresponding to the recess in a designated region defined as the region of the contour portion facing the recess.

101. The bag as claimed in claim 100, wherein, In the plurality of regions, when the body folded edge is made into a reduced state, a second through portion is formed in the opposite region defined as the region facing the designated region, at a position corresponding to the first through portion.

102. The bag as claimed in claim 101, wherein, In the first wall surface and / or the first cover structure forming portion, a wall surface weakening portion is formed at a position corresponding to the second through portion.

103. The bag as claimed in claim 96, wherein, A handle is provided on the outer surface of the peripheral wall.

104. The bag as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The body has a peripheral wall portion, which has a set of opposing wall portions. A cover structure forming portion is provided on the upper side of at least one of the wall portions. The cover structure forming portion is configured to bend from the wall portion of one side to the outer surface of the other side of the wall portion at a predetermined position as a bending axis to form an opening covering structure. On the inner surface side of the cover structure forming portion, there is at least a bonding layer disposed above the bending axis, and a reinforcing sheet disposed in a region from a predetermined position above the bending axis to a predetermined position below the bending axis. A weakening portion is formed along the bending axis.

105. The bag as claimed in claim 104, wherein, The bonding layer is bonded to the surface of the inner surface side of the reinforcing sheet.

106. The bag as claimed in claim 104, wherein, The peripheral wall portion has a set of opposing sidewall portions, each sidewall portion having a body folded edge portion, and an extended wall portion connected to the cover structure forming portion on the upper side of the sidewall portion. The opening covering structure is formed such that both the cover structure forming portion and the extended wall portion are bent from one side of the wall portion to the outer surface of the other side of the wall portion.

107. The bag as claimed in claim 106, wherein, The vulnerable portion further forms in the extended wall portion.

108. The bag as claimed in claim 106, wherein, The cover structure forming part has a contour that slopes upwards in the direction away from the reference position, with the upper end of the boundary position between the cover structure forming part and the extended wall part as the reference position.
