Abstract

This invention provides a multi-product alcohol production equipment using sweet sorghum as raw material. It includes a stalk saccharification and concentration device, a two-stage bio-fermentation device, a continuous solid-state distillation device, and a biomass energy recovery device. The equipment performs saccharification through a multi-enzyme catalytic hydrolysis reactor, utilizes two-stage fermentation to simultaneously produce alcohol and industrial enzymes, and employs a continuous distillation system to improve separation efficiency. The entire system integrates waste heat recovery and biogas power generation to achieve energy recycling. Compared with traditional equipment, this invention can increase alcohol yield by 15-20% and reduce overall energy consumption by 30%, achieving the process goals of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and environmental friendliness.
