Abstract

A real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system includes: an equipment monitoring unit that collects operational data from various devices in real time via sensors or data acquisition devices; a data collection and processing unit that transmits the collected information using redundant wired and wireless (4G LTE) communication methods to ensure uninterrupted data transmission; and an anomaly judgment and classification unit that automatically analyzes the data based on preset thresholds and operating parameters to identify and classify equipment operational anomalies. Upon detecting an anomaly, the real-time reporting unit immediately sends an automated notification to designated management personnel, detailing the location, type, and time of the anomaly. Furthermore, this real-time equipment monitoring and anomaly reporting system has a complete anomaly recording and historical data storage mechanism to facilitate subsequent analysis, preventative maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance.

Claims

1. A real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system, comprising: a device monitoring unit equipped with multiple sensors installed in various monitored devices for real-time monitoring of their operational status; a data collection and processing unit communicatively connected to the device monitoring unit for collecting sensor data transmitted back by the device monitoring unit and transmitting the sensor data to a back-end management system for analysis via a communication module; and an anomaly judgment and classification unit integrated into the back-end management system, configured to automatically analyze the collected data and, based on at least one preset threshold and multiple operating parameters, determine whether the monitored devices are operating normally, experiencing an anomaly, or in a closed state, and classify the detected anomaly types accordingly. An instant notification unit, communicatively connected to the anomaly judgment and classification unit, is configured to automatically notify at least one manager via a push notification, email, or SMS, indicating the specific location, type, time, and details of the monitored equipment experiencing the anomaly; and a historical record management unit, communicatively connected to the anomaly judgment and classification unit, is configured to automatically record and store operational anomalies and historical data for future analysis, corrective measures, and maintenance planning.

2. The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 1, wherein the sensors include a temperature sensor, a smoke detector, a power consumption sensor, and an operational status sensor.

3. The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 1, wherein the communication module is designed with redundant communication channels to ensure continuous transmission of sensing data under various conditions.

The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 3, wherein the communication module supports wired Ethernet connection and wireless 4G LTE connection, and the communication module is configured to automatically switch between wired Ethernet connection and wireless 4G LTE connection when a communication interruption is detected.

5. The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 1, wherein the anomaly judgment and classification unit utilizes machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy and response speed of anomaly classification over time.

6. The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 1, wherein the real-time reporting unit further includes an escalation process configured to notify another administrator if the initial notification is not confirmed within a predetermined time limit.

7. The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 1, wherein the historical record management unit provides a user interface for querying, viewing and exporting anomaly records for auditing and regulatory compliance purposes.

8. The real-time remote monitoring and anomaly reporting system as described in claim 1, wherein the monitored equipment includes fire protection systems, access control systems, kitchen facilities, and power systems.
