Abstract

A hydraulic drive mechanism includes: a drive device having at least one hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic cylinder having an axially movable piston rod for reciprocating movement driven by hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic device; a connecting rod having one end rotatably connected to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder; and a rotating device having a turntable connected to one end of the connecting rod opposite the drive device, for rotating in a rotational direction driven by the drive device and the connecting rod. A power generation system includes the aforementioned hydraulic drive mechanism; and a power generation device having a generator connected to the rotating device of the hydraulic drive mechanism for converting the power of the rotating device into electricity.

Claims

1. A hydraulic drive mechanism, comprising: a drive device having at least one hydraulic cylinder; the hydraulic cylinder having an axially movable piston rod for reciprocating movement driven by hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic device; a connecting rod having one end rotatably connected to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder; and a rotating device having a turntable connected to one end of the connecting rod opposite the drive device for rotating in a rotational direction driven by the drive device and the connecting rod.

The hydraulic drive mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating device has a turntable base and a spindle, the spindle passing through the center of the turntable and connected to the turntable base, and the extension direction of the spindle is generally perpendicular to the extension direction of the connecting rod.

The hydraulic drive mechanism as described in claim 2, wherein the rotating device has an eccentric connector disposed on one side of the turntable and spaced a predetermined distance from the spindle; wherein the end of the connecting rod away from the drive device is connected to the eccentric connector.

4. The hydraulic drive mechanism as described in claim 3, wherein the linkage is rotatably connected to the eccentric connector.

5. The hydraulic drive mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive device includes two hydraulic cylinders arranged in series, and the piston rod of one hydraulic cylinder is connected to the piston rod of the other hydraulic cylinder.

The hydraulic drive mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive device further includes a working platform and an idler wheel; the working platform is used for mounting the hydraulic cylinder thereon; the idler wheel is located below the working platform, so that the working platform and the hydraulic cylinder above it can be driven to tilt relative to the rotating device.

7. A power generation system comprising: the hydraulic drive mechanism as described in any one of claims 1 to 6; and a power generation device having a generator connected to the rotating device of the hydraulic drive mechanism for converting the power of the rotating device into electricity.

8. The power generation system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the power generation device further includes an energy storage unit electrically connected to the generator for storing at least a portion of the electricity generated by the generator.

9. The power generation system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the power generation device further includes a gearbox disposed between the turntable and the generator, and connected to the turntable and the generator respectively, for transmitting the power of the turntable rotation to the generator.

10. The power generation system as claimed in claim 7, wherein the generator is electrically connected to the hydraulic equipment to provide at least a portion of the power required for the operation of the hydraulic equipment.
