Abstract

This invention relates to the field of medical devices and provides a back support device. The device includes: a shoulder strap, a shoulder strap connecting component, an external spinal column component, and a waist belt component. Pneumatic muscle components are symmetrically arranged on the waist belt component. The shoulder strap is fixed to the initial section of the external spinal column component via the shoulder strap connecting component, and the waist belt component is fixed to the tail end of the external spinal column component. The pneumatic muscle components include analogous muscles that correspond one-to-one with the wearer's target muscles. The pneumatic muscle components control the bending angle of the external spinal column component via traction lines. This invention achieves personalized control through this device, enhancing the wearer's user experience.

Claims

1. A back support device, wherein, include: The device includes a carrying strap, a carrying strap connecting component, an external spinal component, and a waist belt component. The waist belt component has symmetrically arranged pneumatic muscle components. The carrying strap is fixed to the initial section of the external spinal component via the carrying strap connecting component. The waist belt component is fixed to the tail end of the external spinal component. The pneumatic muscle components include analogous muscles that correspond one-to-one with the wearer's target muscles, and the pneumatic muscle components control the bending angle of the external spinal component via traction lines.

2. The back support device as described in claim 1, wherein, The external spinal component includes a first vertebral component, a second vertebral component, a third vertebral component, a fourth vertebral component, a fifth vertebral component, and a sixth vertebral component. The vertebral components have a spiny structure, and the first vertebral component to the sixth vertebral component are connected by a ball-shaped connecting rod.

3. The back support device as described in claim 2, wherein, The first vertebral component includes a first vertebral section and a second vertebral section, which are connected by a connecting portion.

4. The back support device as described in claim 3, wherein, The second vertebral transection includes a nail hole for connection with the strap connection component.

5. The back support device as described in claim 3, wherein, The first vertebral section and the second vertebral section are fixedly connected to form the spherical connecting rod groove, and traction wire passages are provided on the left and right sides of the first vertebral section and the second vertebral section.

6. The back support device as described in claim 5, wherein, The second vertebral component, the third vertebral component, the fourth vertebral component, and the fifth vertebral component include: a third vertebral section and a fourth vertebral section, which are connected by a connecting portion.

7. The back support device as described in claim 6, wherein, The sixth vertebral component includes a fifth vertebral section and a sixth vertebral section, which are connected by a connecting portion.

8. The back support device as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 7, wherein, The top of the third and fifth vertebral sections is provided with a ball-shaped connecting rod.

9. The back support device as described in claim 6, wherein, The third and fourth vertebral sections are fixedly connected to form a spherical connecting rod groove. Four traction line passages are evenly provided on the left and right sides of the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth vertebral sections.

10. The back support device as described in claim 5 or 9, wherein, The traction cable has a cylindrical channel through which an axial bearing is installed.
