Abstract

An electronic device housing includes a first housing member, a sealing member, a second housing member, and at least one anti-lateral deformation structure. The first housing member has a receiving groove and an opening, the opening communicating with the receiving groove. The sealing member is made of an elastic material and disposed in the receiving groove. The sealing member has at least one wire hole and at least one groove, the at least one groove communicating with the at least one wire hole and the outside of the sealing member. The second housing member is coupled to the first housing member and presses against the sealing member to close the opening. The at least one anti-lateral deformation structure abuts against two portions of the sealing member, the two portions being located on opposite sides radially above the at least one wire hole.

Claims

1. A housing of an electronic device, comprising: a first housing member having a receiving groove and an opening communicating with the receiving groove; a sealing member made of an elastic material and disposed in the receiving groove, the sealing member having at least one wire hole and at least one groove communicating with the at least one wire hole and the exterior of the sealing member; a second housing member coupled to the first housing member and pressing against the sealing member to close the opening; and at least one anti-lateral deformation structure abutting against two portions of the sealing member, the two portions being located on opposite sides radially above the at least one wire hole.

2. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first housing member includes a side panel having at least one notch; the receiving groove has a limiting groove communicating with the at least one notch; the sealing member includes a sealing block having the at least one wire hole and the at least one groove, the sealing block being positioned in the limiting groove and the at least one wire hole corresponding to the at least one notch of the side panel; wherein, The sealing block has a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side. The first side and the second side are opposite to each other, and the third side and the fourth side are opposite to each other and connected between the first side and the second side. The at least one wire hole passes through the first side and the second side. The at least one anti-lateral deformation structure includes a first abutting structure and a second abutting structure, which respectively abut against the two parts of the sealing member.

3. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first abutting structure is formed in a groove wall of the limiting groove and abuts against the third side of the sealing block, and the third side constitutes one of the two portions.

4. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first abutment structure is an inclined surface and the third side of the sealing block is another inclined surface that cooperates with the inclined surface.

5. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the sealing block has a positioning hole that constitutes the other of the two portions; the second abutment structure extends into the positioning hole.

6. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the second blocking structure is a blocking post.

7. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 6, wherein one end of the abutment post is engaged with the bottom of a groove in the limiting groove.

8. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sealing block has two positioning holes that constitute the two portions; the first blocking structure and the second blocking structure extend into the two positioning holes respectively.

9. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the first blocking structure and the second blocking structure is a blocking post.

10. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the first blocking structure and the second blocking structure is a blocking block.

11. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the two positioning holes is a blind hole, and the first or second blocking structure extending into the blind hole abuts against an inner end of the blind hole.

12. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein one of the two portions of the sealing block is a connecting block having a head and a neck, the sealing block having a connecting groove having a first groove segment and a second groove segment, the first groove segment receiving the head, and the second groove segment receiving the neck; the groove is formed between the connecting block and the connecting groove; the connecting groove constitutes one of the first blocking structure and the second blocking structure.

13. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sealing block has at least one dome corresponding to the at least one wire hole; the at least one groove cuts through the hole wall of the at least one dome and the at least one wire hole; the second housing has at least one recess corresponding to the at least one dome; when the second housing presses against the sealing member, the at least one dome extends into the at least one recess, and the at least one recess abuts against the at least one dome to seal the at least one groove.

14. The housing of the electronic device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the receiving groove has a receiving portion located on one side of the limiting groove portion; the sealing member includes a sealing strip with its two ends respectively connected to the two sides of the sealing block and the sealing strip surrounding the receiving portion.
