Abstract
Claims
1. A torque wrench device with easily adjustable torque value, comprising: A torque wrench includes a wrench head, a torque rod, a pressure spring, a fixed base, a handle, and a torque adjustment assembly. The torque rod is pivotally connected to the rear outer periphery of the wrench head. The pressure spring passes through the inside of the torque rod. The fixed base is fixed to the outer periphery of the torque rod. One side of the handle is inserted into one end of the torque rod, and the other side of the handle is inserted into the torque adjustment assembly. An elongated hole is provided on the handle leading to the interior. The wrench is characterized by: a scale, the rear end of which is secured to a nut of the torque adjustment assembly by a first screw passing through the elongated hole. The scale has graduations and numerical values on its surface. The scale is inserted into the torque rod to adjust the torque. At the bottom opening of the rod, a sliding window is opened from the inside to the outside on the circumference of the fixing seat. The sliding window is aligned with the bottom opening. A marking lens is slidably mounted on the sliding window. A calibration line is provided on the marking lens. An elastic element and an adjustment and release ring are assembled between the fixing seat and the handle. A base point is provided on the adjustment and release ring. A number positioning post and an annular groove are provided near the front end of the outer circumference of the handle. A scale ring is marked with numbers on its outer circumference and has multiple positioning grooves on its inner circumference. The required number of the scale ring is aligned with the base point, and the positioning groove is positioned to the positioning post. Then, an O-ring is pressed into the annular groove to fix the scale ring. The calibration line of the marking lens is calibrated to a larger value and then fixed with a second screw.

The torque wrench device with easily adjustable torque value as described in claim 2, wherein a first ratchet ring is provided at the front end of the handle, a first pin hole is provided at the end of the handle, a second pin hole is provided at the end of the torque adjustment component, the handle is sleeved on the outside of the torque adjustment component, the first and second pin holes are aligned, and a pin rod is passed through the first and second pin holes to fix the handle and the torque adjustment component, a second ratchet ring is provided on the rear side of the adjustment release ring, the first and second ratchet rings are engaged, so that the handle can be rotated in one direction to pressurize and store pressure, and the adjustment release ring can be pulled lightly and released quickly to release single-point pressure or pulled lightly without releasing to release all pressure.
