Abstract

This invention provides a multifunctional flexible cup holder suitable for cups of different sizes and with or without handles. The cup holder includes a base, a set of flexible blades with elastic deformation capabilities, and a bottom support block. The flexible blades are located on the inner wall of the base, providing a stable clamping force to accommodate the diameter variations of wider cups with handles, and their height is adjustable to effectively avoid the cup handle. The bottom support block is located at the bottom, providing additional, higher support for slim, handleless cups to prevent them from wobbling or sinking excessively. This invention utilizes flexible deformation and the height fit between components to achieve universal adaptability to various cup shapes, offering advantages such as simple structure, low manufacturing cost, high versatility, and stable support.

Claims

1. A cup holder suitable for various types of cups, comprising: a base, flexible blades, and a bottom support block, wherein, The base is located at the bottom and its function is to support and stabilize the entire structure to prevent it from tipping over. The flexible blades are located on the base, and there are three blades arranged in a ring. They are made of materials with good elasticity and wear resistance, such as thermoplastic elastomers, silicone, or highly elastic engineering plastics. They are used to hold and stabilize the cup. The bottom support block is located at the bottom of the flexible blades and is designed with a specific protrusion height to support the cup. When in use, when a fat cup with a handle is placed in, the edge of the cup's handle will fall into the gap between the support blocks, allowing the cup to sink deeper until the bottom of the handle or the bottom of the cup is supported. When a thin cup without a handle is placed in, its smaller diameter allows its bottom to fall exactly on the support block, which bears the weight of the cup and prevents the cup from sinking too much to the bottom of the cup holder or wobbling due to its small diameter.
