Abstract
Claims
1. A stamped fuselage structure for a vertical takeoff and landing fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), comprising: A multi-piece skeleton body, the multi-piece skeleton body including a plurality of skeleton ribs formed by stamping sheet metal, and the skeleton ribs being combined and configured with each other. An outer skin is applied to the outside of the multi-piece skeleton body; a plurality of rivets are disposed at the joints of the skeleton ribs to secure the skeleton ribs. And a welding joint line is formed at the edge connection of the outer skin to weld adjacent outer skin edges together.
2. The stamped body structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer skin comprises a plurality of skin plates, and the adjacent skin plates are laser-welded at the joint along their adjacent edges to form the weld joint line.
3. The stamped body structure as described in claim 1, wherein the multi-piece skeleton further includes at least one spanwise support member, the spanwise supports being arranged along the spanwise direction of the body and intersecting with the skeleton ribs, and the spanwise supports being formed by stamping sheet metal.
4. The stamped body structure as described in claim 3, wherein the skeleton ribs are provided with a plurality of fitting grooves, the spanwise support members are stamped from sheet metal into shapes corresponding to the grooves of the fitting grooves, and the spanwise support members pass through the fitting grooves to be cross-configured with the skeleton ribs.
5. The stamped body structure as described in claim 1, wherein the rivet is a pull rivet.
6. The stamped body structure as described in claim 1, wherein a sealing layer is provided between the multi-piece skeleton body and the outer skin.
7. The stamped body structure as described in claim 1, wherein the multi-piece skeleton and the outer skin are both stamped parts made of metal.
8. The stamped body structure as described in claim 7, wherein the metal material is an aluminum alloy.
9. The stamped body structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the multi-piece skeleton further includes a carbon fiber tube arranged along the span of the body.
10. The stamped fuselage structure as claimed in claim 9, wherein the multi-piece frame body has a plurality of wings, wherein a plurality of the carbon fiber tubes are embedded at one end of the wing frame ribs, wherein a plurality of the carbon fiber tubes are embedded at the other end of the wing frame ribs, and wherein the plurality of carbon fiber tubes are tightly fixed to the frame ribs through a sealant layer.
11. The stamped body structure as described in claim 1, wherein the edges of the skeleton ribs have a folded edge structure.
