Abstract

This invention relates to a sports event athlete safety management system, comprising: a server, a monitoring platform, a plurality of first recording devices carried by a plurality of staff members, and a plurality of second recording devices carried by a plurality of medical personnel. Specifically, staff members wear the first recording devices to film the athletes' competition, while medical personnel wear the second recording devices to film the athletes' immediate emergency care. Claims

1. A sports event athlete safety management system, comprising: One server; A monitoring platform, with information linked to this server; A plurality of first recording devices, carried by a plurality of staff members and connected to the server via a wireless network or mobile network; and a plurality of second recording devices, carried by a plurality of medical personnel and connected to the server via a wireless network or mobile network; wherein each of the first recording devices has a first GPS unit, and each of the second recording devices has a second GPS unit; wherein the monitoring platform is configured to perform: receiving a first scene video data and a first GPS data corresponding to the first scene video data transmitted by the first recording devices, and receiving a second scene video data and a second GPS data corresponding to the second scene video data transmitted by the second recording devices; and monitoring whether any contestant is experiencing physical discomfort based on the plurality of first scene video data. When a participant is detected to be unwell, the system compares at least one of the first GPS data with at least one of the second GPS data to determine the medical personnel closest to the participant; and sends an instruction signal to the second recording device or a medical personnel mobile electronic device held by the medical personnel, thereby assigning the medical personnel to provide immediate emergency care to the unwell participant.
