Abstract
Claims
1. A webbing for a fall arrester, comprising a webbing body, which is an elongated strip and has a longitudinal direction, a transverse direction, and a thickness direction defined corresponding to its length, width, and thickness, respectively; the webbing body has a plurality of warp yarns extending along the longitudinal direction and a plurality of weft yarns arranged along the transverse direction, the warp yarns and the weft yarns interlacing to form the webbing body; wherein, The warp yarns form at least a first segment and a second segment in the transverse direction, the at least one first segment and the at least one second segment are arranged in the transverse direction, and the at least one first segment and the at least one second segment extend in the longitudinal direction respectively; the at least one first segment has at least two first warp yarns in the transverse direction, the first warp yarns are made of a cut-resistant and sun-resistant material; the at least one second segment has at least two second warp yarns in the transverse direction, the second warp yarns are made of a tensile-resistant material, the tensile strength of the tensile-resistant material is higher than the tensile strength of the cut-resistant material; the cut resistance of the cut-resistant and sun-resistant material is higher than the cut resistance of the tensile-resistant material; the outermost first warp yarns in the thickness direction are at least partially exposed on the outer surface of the webbing body.
2. The webbing for a fall arrestor as described in claim 1, wherein the cut-resistant and sun-resistant material comprises ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber; and the tensile-resistant material comprises para-aramid fiber.
3. The webbing for a fall arrester as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one first segment comprises at least three layers of first warp yarns along the thickness direction; and the at least one second segment comprises at least three layers of second warp yarns along the thickness direction.
4. The webbing for a fall arrester as described in claim 1, wherein the at least one first segment comprises two first segments, the at least one second segment comprises a second segment, the second segment being located between the two first segments along the transverse direction, and adjacent first segments and second segments being connected in the transverse direction.
5. The webbing for a fall arrester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one first segment comprises three first segments, the at least one second segment comprises two second segments, each second segment being located between two adjacent first segments along the transverse direction, and the adjacent first segment and the second segment being connected in the transverse direction; the first warp yarns located at the leftmost and rightmost points in the transverse direction, the portions of which correspond to the outer surface of the webbing body are exposed on the outer surface of the webbing body.
