Abstract
Claims
1. A modular assembly structure comprising: a plurality of assembly tubes, each assembly tube including at least one male end and at least one female end, the male end being capable of being inserted into the female end of another assembly tube to combine the plurality of assembly tubes; at least one connector including a connected plug-in seat and a plug-in shaft, the plug-in seat being capable of being inserted into the male end or female end of one of the assembly tubes, the plug-in shaft having two spaced-apart posts, the two posts being elongated and capable of elastically deforming relative to the plug-in seat to approach each other, each post having a limiting protrusion at an end away from the plug-in seat, the limiting protrusion protruding in a direction away from the other post; At least one assembly plate having at least one first sleeve hole and rotatably fitted onto the insertion shaft of the connector through the first sleeve hole; and at least one rotating member having a second sleeve hole and rotatably fitted onto the insertion shaft through the second sleeve hole, and being confined together with the assembly plate between the insertion seat and the limiting protrusions of the two insertion posts.

The modular assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the limiting protrusions of the two inserts are located within the range of the first sleeve hole of the assembly plate and extend beyond the range of the second sleeve hole of the rotating member, and the assembly plate is located between the insert and the rotating member.
3. The modular assembly structure as described in claim 2, wherein the plug shaft includes a base connected between the plug seat and the two plug posts and is circular, and the first socket of the assembly plate has a circular outline so as to fit snugly onto the base.
4. The modular assembly structure as described in claim 3, wherein the plug shaft includes a connecting portion that connects the two plugs to the base.
5. The modular assembly structure as described in claim 1, wherein the plug shaft includes a connecting portion that connects the portions of the two plugs near the plug socket.

The building block assembly structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the assembly board has a regular polygonal structure and is provided with a plurality of first sockets, wherein one first socket is located at the center of the regular polygonal structure, and the remaining first sockets are respectively provided at the interior corners of the regular polygonal structure.

The modular assembly structure as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising a plurality of said assembly plates and a plurality of pivot frames, each of the pivot frames having two adjacent pivot slots, any two adjacent assembly plates being pivotally connected to the two pivot slots of a corresponding one of the pivot frames, and at least one of the assembly plates being fitted onto the insertion shaft of the connector through the first sleeve hole.

The modular assembly structure as described in claim 7, wherein each of the assembly panels has a regular polygonal structure and is provided with a plurality of pivots, the plurality of pivots being located on a plurality of sides of the regular polygonal structure, and each pivot is pivotally connected to one of the pivot slots of the corresponding pivot frame.
9. The modular assembly structure as described in claim 7, wherein each of the assembly plates pivotally comprises a recess and two spaced-apart pivots, the recess being recessed into the edge of the assembly plate, and the two pivots being protruding towards each other within the recess.
