Abstract

A massage insole includes an insole body shaped to correspond to the shape of the human foot. The insole body has a first massage protrusion, a second massage protrusion, and a third massage protrusion, corresponding to the Yongquan acupoint on the sole of the foot, the medial forefoot area, and the lateral forefoot area, respectively, to provide a massage stimulation effect on the sole when worn. Furthermore, an arch support portion is provided below the aforementioned massage protrusions. This arch support portion is triangularly arranged to bear the foot pressure generated when the user stands or walks and to provide arch support. Moreover, the insole body has a forefoot support portion corresponding to the forefoot area to distribute the foot pressure on the forefoot area, so that the entire insole can simultaneously provide massage and support functions during use, thereby improving the overall comfort of the insole.
