Abstract

A voice-based financial service system with identity verification functionality includes a voice interaction host for providing a voice interaction interface and receiving input commands from the caller, and an identity verification host connected to the voice interaction host. The identity verification host generates a one-time password upon request from the voice interaction host and sends it to the customer's corresponding mobile phone number via SMS. The voice interaction host receives the verification password entered by the customer during the call and transmits it to the identity verification host. The identity verification host compares the verification password with the one-time password and sends the verification result back to the voice interaction host. When the verification result is successful, the voice interaction host prompts a specialist to proceed with subsequent financial services, including playing a standardized pre-recorded audio file.
