Abstract

This invention relates to the structure of a packaging machine, comprising a strapping device, a feeding assembly, multiple feeding ports, a packaging platform, a strapping positioning component, a first positioning part, a second positioning part, a connecting part, a heating device, a displacement mechanism, and a cutting element. Before packaging items, the strapping positioning component is selected based on the width of the packaging strap. After selection, the fixing structures of the first and second positioning parts on the strapping device are removed. Due to the design of the connecting part, the entire strapping positioning component can be replaced at once. Then, a corresponding width is inserted from one of the multiple feeding ports on one side of the feeding assembly, completing the packaging preparation. The items are then placed on the packaging platform, and the packaging strap is wrapped around the items and inserted into the heating device, triggering the displacement mechanism to automatically tighten and weld the packaging strap. Finally, the cutting element removes excess material, completing the packaging. This design provides convenient and quick changes to the packaging strap width and semi-automatic welding and cutting at a lower cost.

Claims

1. A structure for a packaging machine, the packaging machine comprising: A strapping device; A feeding assembly is disposed on one side of the strapping device and includes a plurality of feeding ports, each with a different width; a packaging platform is exposed on the surface of the strapping device; a strapping positioning member is detachably disposed on one side of the packaging platform and connected to the feeding assembly, and includes a first positioning part, a second positioning part, and connecting parts on both sides respectively connecting the first positioning part and the second positioning part; a heating device is movably disposed between the first positioning part and the second positioning part; a displacement mechanism is disposed on one side of the heating device, causing the heating device to move between a heat-melting position in contact with the packaging strap and a standby position away from the packaging strap; and a cutting element is disposed on the displacement mechanism and located on one side of the heating device for cutting after the packaging strap is welded.

2. The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the heating device has an anti-scalding element on the packaging platform.

3. The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the heating device has a positioning gel on each side for fixing the packaging strap.

4. The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the first positioning part has an anti-tilting positioning part and a guide part located on one side of the anti-tilting positioning part.

5. The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the heating device and the displacement mechanism are electrically connected to a touch switch.

The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the strapping device is provided with a feeding device located on one side of the feeding assembly, and the feeding device is provided with a width adjustment mechanism, and the width adjustment mechanism has a positioning member, a limiting member movably disposed on one side of the positioning member, and a supporting protrusion formed on the limiting member.

The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the strapping device is provided with a feeding device located on one side of the feeding assembly, and the feeding device is pivotally mounted on a turntable bracket, the turntable bracket is movably mounted on a fixed seat, the fixed seat is fixed to one side of the strapping device and has a lateral adjustment member, which allows the turntable bracket to be finely adjusted in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the feeding device.

8. The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the strapping device is disposed in a housing, the housing is movably disposed on a base via a pivot, and the packaging platform and each of the feed inlets are exposed on the surface of the housing.

9. The structure of the packaging machine as described in claim 1, wherein the packaging machine has a human-machine interface electrically connecting the strapping device and the heating device.

10. The structure of the packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding assembly has an adjusting roller for abutting the packaging belt and an adjusting slider for controlling the adjusting roller on one side.
