Abstract

A building material panel using recycled construction waste includes a panel body comprising an adhesive substrate, at least one recycled waste block disposed in the adhesive substrate, and recycled waste fragments distributed in the adhesive substrate. This not only benefits environmental protection but also preserves the historical and cultural memory of the original building while enhancing the design features and overall aesthetics of the new building space.

Claims

1. A building material board using recycled construction waste, comprising: a board body including: an adhesive substrate layer; at least one recycled waste block disposed in the adhesive substrate layer, the recycled waste block being a block formed from building demolition materials, the building demolition materials including bricks, soil blocks, concrete blocks or combinations thereof; and recycled waste particles distributed in the adhesive substrate layer, the recycled waste particles being particulate matter or powder formed from the building demolition materials.

2. The building material board using recycled construction waste as described in claim 1, wherein the board further comprises quartz particles dispersed in the adhesive substrate layer.

3. The building material board using recycled construction waste as described in claim 2, wherein the average particle size of the quartz particles is 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm.

4. The building material board using recycled construction waste as described in claim 1, wherein the adhesive substrate layer is a resin layer.

5. The building material board using recycled construction waste as described in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the recycled waste block is 1.5cm to 3cm.

6. The building material board using recycled construction waste as described in claim 1, wherein the average particle size of the recycled waste fragments is 2 mm to 10 mm.
