Abstract

A multi-station rotary PCB separator, specifically, is equipped with a divider surrounding four equally spaced, hollowed-out jig rotating modules. These jig rotating modules can hold circuit boards. The divider synchronously rotates the four jig rotating modules to form four stations that can operate simultaneously. Station one is the feeding module, and station four is the discharging module. Stations two and three are designed differently according to actual needs; for example, stations two and three may both be upper-cutting milling modules, or stations two and three may each be upper-cutting milling modules. One station is a bottom milling module, or two stations are top and bottom milling modules, and three stations are self-contained cutting and inspection modules. This can solve the time difference problem of feeding and unidirectional output waiting in online depaneling machines. It is also more functional for special workpieces with high protrusions on both the top and bottom of the circuit board and which cannot be cut by one side. In addition to improving work efficiency, it can also significantly reduce the footprint of online depaneling machines when two machines need to be connected to complete the work.

Claims

1. A multi-station rotary PCB separator, mainly characterized in that: the PCB separator is equipped with a divider, the divider is equipped with a turret, the turret is surrounded by four hollowed-out and equally spaced jig rotating modules, the jig rotating modules can be used to place the circuit board to be cut, the divider synchronously rotates the four jig rotating modules to form four stations that can operate simultaneously, the first station is the feeding module, the second and third stations are the milling modules, and the fourth station is the discharging module.

2. The multi-station rotary PCB separator as described in claim 1, wherein: The milling modules at stations two and three are both top-cutting milling modules. Each top-cutting milling module is equipped with a fixture pressure plate module and a transfer module. The circuit board is first pressed onto the fixture rotation module at stations two and three using the fixture pressure plate module, and then the circuit board is milled from top to bottom using the top-cutting milling module.

3. The multi-station rotary PCB separator as described in claim 1, wherein: The second and third stations have two milling modules: one is an upper milling module, and the other is a lower milling module. The upper milling module is equipped with a fixture pressure plate module and a transfer module. The circuit board is first pressed onto the fixture rotation module of the second station using the fixture pressure plate module, and then the circuit board is milled from top to bottom using the upper milling module. The lower milling module is equipped with a fixture pressure plate module. The circuit board is first pressed onto the fixture rotation module of the third station using the fixture pressure plate module, and then the circuit board is milled from bottom to top using the lower milling module.

4. A multi-station rotary PCB separator, mainly characterized in that: the PCB separator is equipped with a divider, the divider is equipped with a turret, the turret is surrounded by four hollowed-out and equally spaced jig rotating modules, the jig rotating modules can be used to place the circuit board to be cut, the divider synchronously rotates the four jig rotating modules to form four stations that can operate simultaneously, the first station is the feeding module, the second station is the milling module, the third station is the self-contained cutting and inspection module, and the fourth station is the discharging module.

5. The multi-station rotary PCB separator as described in claim 4, wherein: The second station's milling module is a combination of an upper milling module and a lower milling module. The upper milling module is equipped with a fixture pressure plate module and a transfer module. First, the fixture pressure plate module is used to press the circuit board onto the fixture rotation module of the second station, and then the upper milling module and the lower milling module are used to mill the circuit board.

6. A multi-station rotary PCB separator as described in claim 1 or 4, wherein: The feeding module is equipped with a feeding transmission module and a feeding pick-up module. The feeding transmission module and the feeding pick-up module are used to place the circuit board to be milled onto the fixture rotation module of a station.

7. A multi-station rotary PCB separator as described in claim 1 or 4, wherein: The discharge module is equipped with a discharge transmission module and a discharge pick-up module. The milled circuit board is placed into the fixture rotation module of the four stations using the discharge transmission module and the discharge pick-up module.

8. A multi-station rotary PCB separator as described in claim 1 or 4, wherein: The milling module is equipped with a chip discharge module.
