Abstract

A self-setting static height lifting seat post includes an inner tube, an outer tube, a bushing, a telescopic mechanism, a locking cover, and a limiting member. A fixing member is provided on the outer periphery of the inner tube. The outer tube has an inner annular groove and an end slot communicating with the inner annular groove. The bushing is sleeved on the inner tube and movably disposed in the inner annular groove, abutting against the fixing member. The locking cover is movably connected to the outer tube, preventing the bushing from detaching. The limiting member is located in the inner annular groove, in contact with the bushing, and is restricted by the locking cover from detaching. This forms a preset static height for the lifting seat post. Unlike prior art, this invention eliminates the need to remove parts from inside the lifting seat post for adjustment, and also eliminates the need to stretch or pull the inner tube from the outer tube. For situations requiring adjustment of the static height of the lifting seat post, this invention offers superior ease of operation compared to conventional techniques.

Claims

1. A self-setting static height lifting seat post, comprising: The system comprises: an inner tube with a fixing member on its outer periphery; an outer tube with an inner annular groove at its upper end and an end slot communicating with the inner annular groove at its upper end; a bushing fitted onto the inner tube and movably disposed within the inner annular groove, the bushing abutting against the fixing member; a telescopic mechanism connecting the inner and outer tubes and adjusting their displacement; a locking cover movably fitted onto the upper end of the outer tube and covering the end slot, the locking cover preventing the bushing from disengaging from the inner annular groove; and a limiting member movably disposed within the inner annular groove; one end of the limiting member is located at the end slot and is contacted by the locking cover, restricting its outward disengagement, while the other end of the limiting member extends toward and contacts the bushing; by the limiting member occupying a portion of the bushing's travel within the inner annular groove, the maximum travel of the inner tube relative to the outer tube is limited, thereby forming the preset static height of the lifting seat tube.

2. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 1, wherein the end slot is open towards the outer periphery of the outer tube.

3. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 1, wherein the limiting member includes a positioning part and an extension part, the extension part passing through the inner ring groove and abutting the upper end of the bushing, and the positioning part being accommodated in the end groove.

4. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 3, wherein the outer periphery of the extension of the limiting member is marked with the total length of the limiting member.

5. The self-setting static height lifting seat post as described in claim 1, wherein the locking cover has an inner circumferential edge for contacting the limiting member.

6. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 5, wherein the locking cover has a lower through hole adjacent to the inner ring edge, and the locking cover is movably locked to the upper end of the outer tube through the lower through hole.

7. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 5, wherein the locking cover has an upper through hole adjacent to the inner ring edge, and the upper through hole group is provided with an oil seal that contacts the outer periphery of the inner tube.

8. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 1, wherein the limiting member is an arc-shaped piece.

9. The self-setting static height lifting seat tube as described in claim 1, wherein the limiting member can be installed and removed from the end slot without disassembling the inner tube.
