Abstract
Claims
1. A flipping device, comprising: a flipping apparatus having a rotating mechanism and a flipping connecting plate, the rotating mechanism being connected to the flipping connecting plate such that the flipping connecting plate is flipped by the rotating mechanism; and an opening and closing mechanism having a first opening and closing mechanism, two second opening and closing mechanisms and two translational connecting plates, the first opening and closing mechanism being connected to the flipping connecting plate of the flipping apparatus, one side of the translational connecting plates being connected to the first opening and closing mechanism, and the other side of the translational connecting plates being connected to the second opening and closing mechanisms, the first opening and closing mechanism causing the translational connecting plates to move, such that the distance between the translational connecting plates can be selectively changed; A pressing device includes a lifting mechanism and a pressing module. The lifting mechanism is connected to a flipping connecting plate of a flipping device. The pressing module is connected to the lifting mechanism and is provided with at least one first load sensor. The lifting mechanism drives the pressing module to move up and down. The device also includes a plurality of gripper devices. Each gripper device has a gripping arm and a plurality of second load sensors. One end of the gripping arm is connected to one of the second opening and closing mechanisms of the opening and closing device. The other end of the gripping arm forms a claw portion. The second load sensors are provided on the claw portion. The second opening and closing mechanisms drive the gripper devices to move, so that the distance between the gripping arms can be selectively changed.
2. The flipping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism of the flipping device includes a first drive motor and a rotating clamp, the first drive motor being connected to the rotating clamp, and the rotating clamp being assembled with the flipping connecting plate.

The flipping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first opening and closing mechanism of the opening and closing actuation device includes a second drive motor, a transmission module, two guide rods and two main guide blocks. The second drive motor, the transmission module and the guide rods are disposed on one side of the flipping connecting plate, and the main guide blocks pass through one side of the flipping connecting plate to the other side to assemble the translation connecting plates. The second drive motor is connected to the transmission module. The guide rods are disposed opposite to each other through the transmission module on both sides of the second drive motor. The main guide blocks are respectively connected to the guide rods, and one end of each main guide block is respectively connected to the translation connecting plates. When the main guide blocks are driven by the guide rods, they can simultaneously drive the translation connecting plates to move along the guide rods.

The flipping device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first opening and closing mechanism further includes two guide rails and a plurality of auxiliary guide blocks, the guide rails being disposed on one side of the flipping connecting plate, one end of each auxiliary guide block being connected to the guide rails, and the other end of each auxiliary guide block being connected to the translation connecting plate, wherein the translation connecting plate, when driven by the main guide blocks, can simultaneously drive the auxiliary guide blocks to move along the guide rails.

The flipping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the second opening and closing mechanisms of the opening and closing actuation device includes a third drive motor and a linear slide rail, the third drive motor being connected to the linear slide rail, and the linear slide rail being connected to the gripper arms of the gripper devices.

The flipping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein each gripper arm includes a bearing surface and two abutting surfaces, the bearing surface being rectangular and perpendicular to the abutting surfaces, and the abutting surfaces being connected to two adjacent sides of the bearing surface, and a second load sensor being provided on the bearing surface and the two abutting surfaces respectively.
7. The flipping device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism of the pressing device includes a fourth drive motor, an electric cylinder and a piston rod, the fourth drive motor being connected to the electric cylinder and to the piston rod, the piston rod being movably inserted into the electric cylinder, and one end of the piston rod protruding to the electric cylinder being connected to the pressing module.
8. The flipping device as claimed in claim 1 or 7, wherein the pressing device further comprises two auxiliary support arms located on both sides of the pressing module, and one end of each auxiliary support arm is connected to the flipping connecting plate.
