Abstract

A terminal transfer debit / credit balancing control and retransmission system includes a central host and its connected terminal devices. By configuring a work area, a pending area, and a balancing area in the computer-readable storage medium of the terminal devices, a debit / credit balancing check procedure is initiated when an accounting transaction is executed. By sending a retransmission request containing the transaction code and counter number, the central host is driven to filter and transmit back detailed data of one-sided accounts from the peripheral system. After being accumulated by the terminal devices, the check is re-executed until the debit / credit is balanced. Then, the batch number is transferred to the balancing area to achieve the technical effect of improving the automated reconciliation efficiency of one-sided accounts.

Claims

1. A terminal transfer debit / credit balancing control and retransmission system, the system comprising: a central host for receiving a one-sided account from a peripheral system, and, upon receiving a retransmission request containing a transaction code and a counter number, filtering out detailed data matching the transaction code and the counter number from the one-sided account for transmission; and a terminal device connected to the central host, the terminal device comprising: a computer-readable storage medium for configuring a work area, a pending area, and a balancing area; a communication element for enabling the terminal device to transmit data with the central host; and a processor connected to the computer-readable storage medium and the communication element, the processor being configured to perform the following operations: receiving an account transaction instruction to execute an account transaction, and determining whether the account transaction contains transfer intermediary account data; when the account transaction contains the transfer intermediary account data, the processor executes a debit / credit balancing check procedure, wherein... The debit / credit balance check procedure includes: generating a batch number, and mapping the transfer intermediary accounting data to the batch number for storage in the work area; calculating a debit amount and a credit amount based on a transaction entry list corresponding to the accounting transaction; comparing the debit amount and the credit amount; and when they are equal, transferring the batch number from the work area to the balance area; and receiving the detailed data from the central host to add to the transfer intermediary accounting data corresponding to the batch number, and re-executing the debit / credit balance check procedure so that when the recalculated debit amount equals the credit amount, the batch number is transferred to the balance area.

As in Request 1, the terminal transfer debit and credit balance control and supplementary transmission system, wherein the peripheral system includes at least one of a centralized management system, a collection and payment platform, a bill clearing system and an interbank transfer system, the unilateral account has the corresponding transaction code, and the terminal device has the corresponding counter number.

As in Request 1, the terminal transfer debit and credit balance control and supplementary transmission system, wherein the processor further includes comparing the debit amount with the credit amount, and when the debit amount is greater than the credit amount, the processor generates an error message and terminates the accounting transaction.

4. As in Request 1, the terminal transfer debit and credit balance control and supplementary transmission system, wherein the processor generates the batch number based on a branch code and a date, and the batch number is unique within the branch code and the date.

5. The terminal transfer debit / credit balance control and retransmission system as described in Request 1, wherein the processor is further configured to execute a correction transaction procedure, the correction transaction procedure comprising: receiving a correction instruction containing a correction sequence number; searching for the batch number in the work area, the pending area and the balance area according to the correction sequence number; and when the batch number is found in the balance area, transferring the batch number to the pending area and re-executing the debit / credit balance check procedure.
